ARREST Update: Nicholas Farley has been taken into custody for voter intimidation and corruptly influencing voting. On October 3rd, Farley was seen yelling racial slurs from a white van at Acreage Community Park, but he left before deputies arrived. On October 24th, he reappeared at Acreage Library, shouting intimidating remarks about a Jewish candidate, frightening individuals from voting, and driving recklessly. Deputies located and arrested him at his home. We will NOT tolerate this kind of behavior in our community.
