The officer had no business coming in “blazin” and attempting to violate an innocent man’s Constitutional rights. …and instead of the Officer apologizing and leveling with the man, the officer has to continue to act like he is in the right and continue to gaslight the poor man. There is coming a day when a lot of you ignorant self righteous gung-ho police officers are all going to be held accountable. If this system refuses to do it because of some bullshit “State level immunity” and if this system refuses to acknowledge that we are all 14th amendment natural persons Constitutional Citizens, then “We the People” need to abolish these corrupt executive administrative functions. We are not statutory citizens. We are Constitutional citizens according to the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment states that a Constitutional citizen can only be a Natural Person…not an artificial person or quasi corporate body. We are protected by the Supremacy Clause via the 14th amendment. Educate yourself or get the fuck out of our country.
