Ended last month at $1.43M cash-collected. We just started this agency a year ago and went from $0 to $8M in revenue. It’s taken me 15+ years of being in the game to consistently start crushing $1M+ /months. Here are the key principles that made it possible: #1: RISK-FREE, PROFIT-SHARE PARTNERSHIP This is the core reason we’ve been able to grow incredibly fast. With the traditional agency model, the agency profits whether you succeed or not. You pay them the same retainer whether you make $1M or lose $100K on ads. If your partner makes money when you lose money, the incentives are misaligned. We took a different approach where we spend $5,000 - $10,000 per day of our own capital on ads and eliminate all the risk for our partners. Zero risk. Only upside. Complete differentiation from other agencies in the space. #2: BE FULL-SERVICE & THE BEST IN THE GAME As of now, we’ve scaled every partner we work with to $300K /month in additional revenue within the first 90 days. We’re able to do this by having a full-service operation that handles all marketing and advertising from A to Z. The reality is most agencies just specialize in one thing - running ads, building funnels, etc. This creates a big problem where the client needs 3-5 different vendors and everyone points fingers when results don't materialize. We script everything, fly out to our clients, record/edit all content, build the funnel, optimize the offer, build upsells/downsells, create email campaigns, set up the tracking/integrations, launch/scale the ads, handle support, and so much more. This allows us to have a far superior product than the competition and much more control over rapid scalability. #3: THE ONLY MOAT IS LOVE OF THE GAME Initially, our goal was to go from $0 to $5M in revenue. We ended up crushing that number and doing over $8M in our first year. There’s never been an easier time in history to make absurd amounts of money. You have super intelligence at your fingertips that can answer any questions you have and automate 50-90% of your work. But most people don’t have the focus and assiduity to sit in front of their laptop and not move until they’re rich. Truthfully, I don’t know of a single agency that can compete with our speed and quality of excellence that we abide by. We work all day, everyday, and we wouldn’t be where we are without doing so. It’s all fueled by love of the game. #4: 10-100X WITH THE RIGHT CO-FOUNDER Before crushing $1M+ /months, I was a freelancer capped at around $500K /year. I’ve always been an exceptional marketer but lacked the operations side - building teams, systems, etc My biggest unlock to scaling our agency so quickly was having a co-founder who’s an operator. When you take a look at the most successful Y-Combinator companies, ~96% of them have co-founders. Probably something there. You don't get 2X the output with the right co-founder - you get 10-100X. I have so much respect for founders who run everything themselves - no idea how they do it. #5: WORK WITH BRANDS, NOT OFFERS With our no-risk, profit-share model, we’re very selective about who we partner with. Every single one of our clients has an organic presence and brand ranging from 800K followers all the way to 40M+ followers. When you partner with a creator who has 1M - 40M followers, you're tapping into pre-built trust, authority, credibility, rapport, etc. CPCs drop. CPAs drop. ROAS goes up across the board. You can still make paid ads work without needing a brand - but you’ll be playing the game on hard mode. The more credibility your partner has, the less selling you have to do. One partner with a massive brand can generate more revenue than 10 small clients combined. #6: THE MARKET IS KING I've built 400-500 funnels across every market imaginable. The truth is, a mediocre funnel in a great market will crush a great funnel in a mediocre market. You want to be in big, trending markets - right now, AI is the “mother ship” and we try to intertwine it in every offer we work on. To add onto that, our most profitable offers are in markets that have room for high-ticket backend ascension. If you’re able to create an ascension path that leads to $5,000 - $25,000 offers, it’s not very difficult to generate a 4-6X ROAS on paid ads. #7: 10X THE VOLUME While most marketers launch 5-10 ads per week and wonder why they can't scale, we roll out 30+ new creatives per offer every single week between video and image. We have one offer with 650+ creatives running right now. Same with split-tests - we run a new test on EVERY page of EVERY funnel weekly. This is how you maintain longevity and high ROAS over time. We have funnels running for 12+ months straight that are crushing record months right now. The easiest way to double your results is to 10X your volume of tests. I have so much more to share on both the marketing and operations side but this is already a long post. If you got some value out of this, let me know and hit me with a like and comment! I plan on sharing a lot more here a lot more often 👊

Can't believe I'm sharing this but screw it. I just went through $2.5M in our winning ad data across multiple markets. Found 10 patterns that show up in every top-performing ad we've ever run. This is real alpha on what's working right now: 1. Lead with the outcome in the first 3-5 words. 100% of our top-performing ads open with the core outcome in the hook. In income markets, that's a dollar figure. In skill/passion markets, that's a transformation metric. Jump to the outcome immediately. 2. Kill the #1 objection in EVERY ad. This shows up in 90%+ of all winners across every account. The specific phrasing changes per market but the principle is non-negotiable. Your prospect has one core reason they believe this won't work for them. Address it in every single ad. 3. Founder direct-to-camera outperforms everything at scale. UGC and testimonials work. But founder DTC drives the most total spend and scale consistently. Based on the data, people want to hear from the person behind the offer. 4. The "without/even if" hook structure wins the most. [Outcome] + WITHOUT/EVEN IF + [Sacrifice/Limitation] is the most common structure in our top-performing hooks across ALL accounts. Everyone knows this framework and it works. Income markets use "without": without quitting your job, without experience, without capital. Skill markets use "even if": even if you've never taken a lesson, even if you think you can't. 5. You need a "sacred differentiator" and it must appear in every ad. Every offer needs a positioning concept that is unique and memorable. This is your unique mechanism - the specific method / system that makes your offer different from everything else in the market. It's the reason your solution works when others haven't. Without it, you're just another ad in the feed selling the same outcome as everyone else. With it, you're the ONLY option that makes sense. Identify yours BEFORE writing a single ad. 6. Ad-to-page congruence is a massive multiplier. Winning ads need to set the frame for everything downstream. The emotional state they're in when they click needs to carry straight through to the page. We've seen conversion rates double just by aligning ad and page messaging. Run your top-performing ads through AI alongside your landing page copy and check for congruence. The highest-converting ads in our accounts are perfectly congruent to the landing page. 7. Testimonials must contain measurable outcomes. Testimonials with specific numbers outperform emotional testimonials without numbers by 30-50% on CPA. This held across every account. Income markets: dollar amounts and timelines. Skill markets: specific achievements and milestones. "I hit $400K in revenue in my first year" beats "it changed my life" every single time. 8. Fear-of-inaction is the highest-converting emotional angle. The highest-spending single ad across ALL our accounts is a fear-of-inaction hook. With the right creative, it seems this format converts better than the promise of gain. The data shows people move faster to avoid staying stuck than they do to chase a better future. 9. "Keep your current life" positioning is non-negotiable. For most markets, the prospect must believe they can achieve the outcome WITHOUT changing their current situation. No big lifestyle changes. This appears in the highest-converting ads across all accounts. You don’t want your ad to imply sacrifice or major disruption. 10. No aspirational CTAs. "Transform your financial future." "Unlock your potential." "Become the person you were meant to be." This format appears in ZERO winning ads across our accounts. The CTA must be: price + action + specificity. "Click below to start [achieving outcome] with [unique mechanism] for only $27." Tell them exactly what they're getting, how they're getting it, and what it costs. These are 10 patterns from $2.5M in real ad spend data. And it’s what’s actually working at scale right now. Please show some love if you got anything out of this! I have a lot more I want to share here. Back to work 👊👊

This post can add millions to your business - if you apply it. Everyone knows data-based decisions matter. But how do you actually find the data, and what do you do with it? We’ve built AI systems trained on winning data that have skyrocketed our creative win rate and cut output time by 70-80%. Here’s the process: Once you run an offer for a few months, you have actual market feedback. What hooks work. What don't. What awareness level converts. What image formats win. What patterns repeat. We use Hyros for attribution and Motion for ad data. Motion's AI chat lets us pull any data we need instantly. Prompt it to pull your 25 highest-performing creatives and analyze: Body copy Headlines Video scripts Image concepts Hook structures Put each dataset in its own doc. Drop everything into Claude and ask it to analyze recurring patterns across all winning data points. You'll find a few principles drive the LARGE majority of results. For one of our offers: • 98% of winners had the expert's face in them • Every top hook led with the core outcome in the first 3-4 words - 100% hit rate • Contrast-based hooks outperformed everything else • Out of 50+ image formats we’ve tested - only THREE were big scalers These patterns are absolute freaking gold. Then, compile all winning data into a single "creative playbook" per client. Then build specialized AI prompts/tools: Headline writer (trained on winning headlines) Body copy writer (trained on winning copy) Video script writer (trained on winning scripts) Image concept creator (trained on winning visuals) Image ad chief (instant feedback to your designer) Everything your team creates starts from WINNING DATA and not guesswork. Two things to keep in mind: Your AI tools should apply PRINCIPLES - not copy-paste. We run 70/30 - 70% structure from winning patterns, 30% creative variation. You still want to have differentiation and unique concepts. And data decays. The hooks that crushed 90 days ago are fatiguing now. An ad that spent $40K at $75 CPA six months ago can be LESS valuable than an ad that spent $8K at $80 CPA last week. Your AI systems need RECENT data, so update your systems weekly. The flywheel looks like this: Data trains AI → AI generates creatives → Creatives generate new data → Better data trains better AI. Every month your win rate goes up. Every month the system gets smarter. THAT'S the real moat. Building compounding intelligence from a system that learns from every dollar you spend. Most marketers are running new ads based on guesswork. This is how you achieve real longevity on cold traffic offers and scale them indefinitely. Back to work 👊

@PatrickSargis Manus is pretty cool where you can set this as a scheduled task - every week/month etc with their connectors/MCPs you can pull the latest data and have it structured in your choice of formatting automatically as well.

One year ago, we built an AI brain that knows everything about our business - every financial, every client, every team member, every constraint, every win - from 52+ weeks of continuous leadership data. It spots patterns we can't see, generates ideas that can add millions to our business, flags problems before they cost us money, and so much more. Here’s how it functions: Every single week, my co-founder and I have a Vision Meeting for our company. And every single week, we walk away with new strategies that unlock additional revenue, eliminate bottlenecks, and tighten execution across the entire business. This is the single most valuable use of our time every week - bar none. Better yet, every meeting gets fed into our AI brain which I’ll get to in a second. We start the Vision Meeting by recording the entire call and going through: → Total company financials (revenue, profit, cash position) → Per-client financials (is each offer hitting its targets?) → Team review (every team member scored - what they're excelling at, where they're bottle-necked, and how we help them level up) → Client roadmap (what's on the horizon, what tasks need to be executed, KPI tracking, etc) → Acquisition pipeline (new leads, prospects, potential partners) → The ONE constraint holding us back right now - and how we solve it → Culture pulse check (where's the energy, what needs to shift) → Last week's wins (momentum matters) → High-level vision (where the company is heading over the next 30, 60, 90 days) By the end of every meeting, we walk away with clear priorities for the week and a real-time pulse on every aspect of the business. But here's the part that compounds everything: We take the full transcription from every Vision Meeting and feed it into a master Claude bot built specifically for We Scale Creators. We now have over a year's worth of weekly Vision Meetings stored inside it. Which means our AI brain is always up to date on EVERYTHING in our business. But the REAL value is what it sees that we don't. It identifies patterns across months of data: → Recurring bottlenecks we keep running into but haven't permanently solved → Team members who've been flagged multiple weeks in a row → Ideas and strategies we've discussed but never executed → Revenue patterns tied to specific decisions we made weeks earlier → Shifts in client performance that are slow enough to miss in real-time but obvious in retrospect Last small thing: We also create a "Weekly Vision Digest" from the meeting for our team. We strip out anything private (team scores, sensitive financials) and share a clean version with the entire team. This gives our team full clarity and alignment on where the company is going and how we’re thinking about everything. Your team can't execute on a vision they can't see. Creating an AI brain that gets smarter every single week is one of the most valuable things we’ve built for our company thus far. Back to work 👊…

Crushed another $1M+ /month. Cold traffic acquisition is the single greatest skill to multiplying money. You can take a brand new offer from $0 → $100K+ /month in 30 days with the right offer, funnel, and ads. It’s an art, and once you master it, you’re able to turn $1 into $3-5 at scale, across any market. I remember launching my first offer at 20 years old. I built my first funnel, ran my first ad, and woke up to my first $997 sale the next morning. Could hardly believe it lol. I ended up scaling that offer to $100K /month within the first month and ended up doing around $700K in total sales in my 20’s… Without knowing ANYTHING about running an actual business. Probably why I went bald 🤣 Since then, I’ve built 400-500+ funnels, generated $50M+ in revenue for clients, and worked in virtually every market, funnel type, and traffic source imaginable. Now, we're doing $1.5M+/month for the biggest creators in the world. And grew our agency from $0 → $8.1M in revenue in our first year. All backed by our own capital and ad spend. Here's the path that I took: → I started by optimizing funnels for free to build proof and testimonials. At this stage, you want to start collecting case studies and building your portfolio. → Got a couple wins under my belt and started charging $2K - $5K for copy services. I was super hungry and still stacking wins. → Then I started bundling copy, funnels, and strategy. This is when I started charging $10K per project and then $20K → $30K. → I ended up scaling to $300K - $500K /year as a freelancer and hit the ceiling. I was making good money, but couldn’t scale, and knew I was making everyone else rich. → At this point, I had tens of millions in client sales under my belt, and took the risk of starting a performance-basis/profit-share agency. That’s when We Scale Creators was born. → The big key here was partnering with an operator. I’ve always been a die-hard marketer and lacked team-building, system, and culture skills. → We ended up going from $0 → $8.1M in revenue in our first year and now generating $1.5M /month on average in revenue. A-player team, systems, and culture in place. Most people stay stuck at the early stages forever. They're scared to bet on themselves and trade the short-term money for bigger long-term gains. But you cannot scale yourself. The ceiling is always you. If I had to recap everything… Start by acquiring as much PROOF as possible - this is how you POSITION yourself to work with bigger clients. Plus, now you can "show" and not just tell, and closing clients becomes significantly easier. Then, align incentives and focus on PROFIT-SHARE - you’ll make yourself and your clients a lot more money this way. I should have done this sooner. Partner with operators. Build systems. Hire people better than you at execution. The key is mastering cold traffic - then mastering leverage. We will go from $8M → $20M in year two and I’ll be documenting every step of the way 👊

Behind the scenes: $522,000 in revenue @ 4.28X ROAS. Another one of our offers we're aggressively scaling right now. Here's what's working (and what's not): #1: THE AD LEVEL We roll out 30-45 new creative variations every week for this offer. Creative volume is non-negotiable at scale. Ad fatigue sets in fast. Every ad follows this framework: → Strongest hook possible → Desired outcome in first 1-3 lines → Handle objections → Social proof → Short CTA congruent to the landing page To cut through the noise: differentiation, novelty, unique mechanisms, social proof, pattern interrupts, etc We segment every ad by awareness level (unaware → problem aware → solution aware → product aware → most aware) and allocate budget accordingly. Image formats crushing right now: Carousels, social proof, scarcity/urgency, icon sets, direct face w/ strong hook, tweet-style. What's NOT working: Checklists, text-heavy ads, charts/graphs, AI-heavy creative, anything where we try to get too cute. Video ads: Creative is the new targeting. We test countless hooks, different locations (car, house, street, whiteboard), target different persona’s, different editing styles, etc Critical: Your ads must be congruent with your landing page. Winning creatives don't just improve CTR - we've seen conversion rates double from better ad congruency alone. #2: THE SALES PAGE Launch conversion rate for a $27 product: 5-6%. At $3.5K-$5K+ /day spend, we stabilize around 3-3.5%. High-level sales page structure: → Target audience call-out (who this is for) → Outcome-based headline with removal of limitations → VSL front-loaded with proof → Social proof throughout → What's included → Bonus stack (9 bonuses on this offer) → Risk reversal → FAQ → Final CTA Pro-tip: ~90% of traffic is mobile. You can double conversion rates with better mobile optimization alone. #3: THE ORDER FORM Two tests worth running: Countdown timer: We've seen 10% conversion lift on some offers. Zero difference on others. Market dependent - test it. Order bump: For a $27 front-end, we’ve found a $47 bump converts at 40-50% and adds ~$20 to AOV. This compounds fast at scale. #4: THE UPSELL PATH Biggest mistake marketers make: too many upsells. Decision fatigue kills conversions. And it tanks book-call rates on high-ticket backend offers. We keep it simple: ONE upsell with a payment plan downsell as a pop-up when they click "no thanks." All on one page. No redirects. If you don't have a high-ticket backend and you're optimizing for AOV rather than calls, then sure, add more. Side note: Test price points. We've seen $97 crush $197 in AOV contribution - and vice versa. Every market/offer is different. #5: THE THANK YOU PAGE This is where you get 15-20% of buyers to book a call immediately. Most marketers waste this page on "thanks for your purchase” whereas we use it to ascend. Structure: → VSL at the top pitching the high-ticket offer → Application + calendar directly underneath → Copy that creates FOMO: "Our most successful students are booking this call to get direct access to [Name / Offer / Outcome]..." → Product access instructions and receipt details Big tip: Ensure setters text buyers who’ve booked to go through the product before getting on the call (so they show up warm). #6: THE ASCENSION STRATEGY I already have a full post on this, but here are the needle-movers: → VSL + calendar on thank-you page → AI SDR texting every buyer (30 min after purchase) → Membership portal pop-up (appears before they access content) → Applications embedded throughout the portal → 14-day email ascension sequence The backend is where all the money is. Aaaand here’s another big one: At the end of every month, host a live webinar for all buyers who haven’t booked a call yet for your high-ticket offer (or have but did not ascend) and spend a couple hours answering all of their questions. That’s how you CLEAN up. The next step is maximizing LTV through new funnel launches (challenge and quiz funnels). Want another post on that? Back to FREAKING WORK!!! 👊

We're booking 45-50% of low-ticket buyers into high-ticket sales calls. Just from 5 needle-movers: 1. VSL + CALENDAR ON THE THANK YOU PAGE. The moment they purchase the low-ticket, they land on a thank you page with: → A VSL breaking down the high-ticket offer → An application + calendar embed underneath You will get a solid lift by adding this copy above the application: “On average, 52% of students this month are booking this call to apply for [Program/Features] with [Name]...” “Our most successful students are booking this call to get direct access to [Program/Features]...” 2. AI SDR TEXTING EVERY BUYER. We build a fine-tuned AI SDR trained on the creator's organic content, paid content, social media - everything. It sounds exactly like them. Indistinguishable from a human. 30 minutes after purchase, our AI SDR sends the first text. It walks them through a conversational sales process: → Identifies their goals → Dives into pain points → Qualifies them → Books the call We see an additional 10-15% in booked calls from this alone. 3. MEMBERSHIP PORTAL POP-UP. The first time they login to access the course, a pop-up appears before they can start: “Wait Before You Start The Course!” Our most profitable students who succeed FAST are booking this call first… Want to [eliminate pain point] and get “hand-holding help” from [name] to [achieve desired outcome] faster rather than having to do it all alone? [X amount] of members have [achieved desired outcome] using this exact blueprint… Schedule your [call name] below: [CALENDAR EMBED] Limited spots available to maintain our high success rate and intensive support. 4. APPLICATIONS THROUGHOUT THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL. Inside the membership portal, we place book-call CTAs and applications: → Underneath each video/module → On the dashboard → In the sidebar They're consuming content and trust is building. Every touchpoint here is an opportunity to capture intent. 5. ASCENSION AUTOMATION & DAILY CAMPAIGN EMAILS 24 hours after purchase, a 14-day ascension sequence triggers pushing them to book a call. After the sequence completes, they move to daily campaign emails. The campaign emails are value-based and nurture-focused with soft CTA’s woven in. Why daily campaigns after the sequence? We can get topical - relevant topics, trends, seasonality, current events, etc. So many marketers blast pitch emails until the list is dead, but it’s critical to ensure your relationship with your list stays healthy - so you can book more calls overtime. Stack all five of these and you'll start booking 40-50% of buyers into calls 👊

We're averaging $1.5M /month with ascension funnels. Here's what we see across every offer we scale: The first 2-4 weeks of any new offer we see a 2-3X ROAS on the front-end. We spend ~$1,500 - $2,000 per day on ads and bring in $4,000 - $6,000. This is the “honeymoon period”. It’s a brand new offer, targets a warmer audience (if your client/partner has a brand) and you’re hitting a “more aware” audience. Don't get comfortable. This doesn't last. After the first month, the initial hype dies down and we see closer to a 1X ROAS on the front-end. This is a very healthy range where you’re self liquidating all of your ad-spend. Remember: the front-end isn’t the business, it’s the customer acquisition machine. We can hold 100% liquidation up to ~$3K /day. Once we scale to $4,000 per day in spend, we start seeing around 70-80% liquidation. Anything around $5,000 per day, liquidation is around 50-70% depending on the offer and the market. At this range, assuming you have a strong back-end and sales team, you should be targeting a minimum of a 3.5X ROAS - ideally closer to 4-6X. It's called an ascension funnel for a reason. The money is in the back-end. Scaling past $5K-$6K /day on Meta alone will start crushing your margins - unless you have an even deeper back-end with $25K-$50K+ offers. At that point, it’s better to go WIDE instead of deep and start expanding to multiple sources of traffic (Youtube / Google/ TikTok) so you can scale without collapsing margins. We've seen this pattern across every low-ticket offer we've scaled and figured I’d share. 👊 Back to work…

For years, I ran agencies on the same model everyone else runs. Retainers. Invoices. Get paid whether results come or not. I collected checks from clients who weren't winning. And I justified it the same way every agency owner does: "We delivered the work. Results aren't guaranteed." That's a cop-out. Here's what I didn't want to admit back then. When you manage 100+ clients on retainer, you're not incentivized to crush it for any single one. You're incentivized to do good enough. Good enough to keep the invoice paid. Good enough to avoid the cancellation email. Good enough to survive another month. If you triple a client's results, you don't make any extra money. If you deliver the bare minimum, the same check hits the account. That's not a people problem. That's a model problem. And I lived inside that model for years. I watched clients lose money while we collected retainers. I watched great work get diluted because the team was stretched across too many accounts. I watched the business reward survival instead of performance. I told myself it was normal. Everyone operates this way. But "normal" doesn't mean "right." I don't blame creators for being skeptical of agencies. I was one of the reasons they should be. Almost every creator we work with at WSC has been burned before. Not once. Multiple times. Five figures lost. Six figures lost. Exposed to agencies that collected checks while delivering excuses. These creators aren't difficult. They're traumatized by an industry that took from them without delivering. Now we're building what I wish had existed back then. A model where we only profit when our partners profit. Where we front the capital. Where we take the risk. Where good enough doesn't exist because our income depends on exceptional. The old model is broken. I helped break it. Now we're building the fix.

$515,000 last month. 2.78X ROAS. No high-ticket offer. We've generated close to $5M this year from this single funnel - and I want to break down exactly how. This is front-end revenue alone. Most marketers think you NEED a high-ticket offer to scale profitably. Not always true: #1: Brand + Paid Ads = Cheat Code This offer is for a well-known creator with international recognition. When you have a brand to leverage: The audience is warmer. CPC’s drop. CPA’s drop. ROAS skyrockets. We're seeing 2X ROAS in the US and nearly doubling that internationally. Positioning is the most powerful lever in marketing. When you’re well-positioned in the market, you have pre-built trust, authority, and credibility, which dramatically increases conversions. #2: Big Markets With Weak Competition I've been in direct-response for 15+ years and I’ve seen most marketers fighting over the same saturated markets. This offer in particular is in a massive market with weak competition. We’ve ran it for over a year straight and we’re still hitting record-breaking months. Clicks are much cheaper and there’s far more room to scale. There are absolute gold mines outside the markets everyone fights over and you can use the tools at your disposal to think outside the box and find them. #3: Maximize AOV Contribution RELENTLESSLY No high-ticket backend means every dollar of AOV matters. What we've tested for this offer: → Front-end price point (highest conversion + highest AOV) → Multiple order bumps (pricing + copy variations) → Multiple upsell pages (format + pricing) → Downsells with payment plans → Additional products on thank-you page → Upsell recovery emails We took front-end ROAS from ~2X to nearly 3X in a few months purely through relentless split-testing. Every split-test compounds. #4: The 6-12 Month Backend 2.78X ROAS on day one. 4-5X ROAS over a 6-month window. This particular market doesn’t convert well with high-ticket offers. So, we do this by selling additional low-ticket, mid-ticket, and continuity offers over time. Here are some of the key needle-movers: → Evergreen webinar 7 days post-purchase selling mid-ticket offer → Quarterly challenge funnels → Value-based community that every buyer is in → Value-based email nurture sequence → Topical/seasonal/holiday sales → Additional products laid out inside the membership portal The biggest key here is to ensure you are providing value over time. Most marketers sell, sell, sell until the list is dead which burns the relationship. We build relationships, provide value, and monetize over time. That’s how we’re able to double the ROAS over a 6-month period. I’m going to start sharing a lot more real-time data from our offers - what's working, what's not, straight from the trenches. So let me know if you like this 👊

This one tactic can add 15-20% more booked calls to your offer overnight - and I’ve never seen anyone talk about it. For context, we’re currently booking around 50% of front-end buyers into high-ticket calls. We do this a few different ways, which I’ll touch on in future posts, but this is one of our most effective strategies. I almost wasn’t going to share this. Here's exactly how it works: If you’re in the info space, when buyers purchase your low-ticket offer, they get access to a membership portal. Most marketers give them the course and use email/SMS to get them to book a call later. We’ve recently tested the tactic below and seen a 15-20% increase across all our offers: THE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL POP-UP. The moment they login for the first time, a pop-up appears with an embedded calendar. Here’s a rough example of the copy: — “Wait Before You Start The Course!” Our most profitable students who succeed FAST are booking this call first… Want to [eliminate pain point] and get “hand-holding help” from [name] to [achieve desired outcome in compressed time frame] rather than having to do it all alone? [X amount] of members have [achieved desired outcome] using this exact blueprint… Schedule your [call name] below: [CALENDAR EMBED] Limited spots available to maintain our high success rate and intensive support. — That's it. 15-20% increase in booked calls instantly. But here’s the CRITICAL PIECE to making this work: If they book a call without consuming any content, they’re going to show up cold and your sales reps will waste time educating instead of closing. So after they book, our setters / AI SDR text them to start the course material BEFORE their call date. When they consume 1-2 hours of content first, they show up warmer, more bought-in, and ready to close. If they don't consume, they won't convert. Implement this and watch your booked call rate explode. Back to work 👊…

After building 400-500 funnels and now averaging $1M+ /month, I keep coming back to the same 7 principles: #1: YOUR MARKET IS YOUR CEILING Every $500K - 1M+ /month offer we've scaled has one thing in common: a hungry, trending market. Your SPEED OF SCALE is directly correlated to the market you’re in. We’ve scaled EVERY offer we’ve touched to $300K+ /month within the first 90 days because we prioritize the market above the brand, the offer, and the messaging. I’ve seen terrible funnels print money in great markets and world-class funnels die in bad ones. Always start with the market first. #2: ONE AUDIENCE. ONE PROBLEM. ONE OUTCOME. One of the BIGGEST mistakes I’ve made early on is trying to sell to multiple audiences with one offer. The FASTEST way to kill an offer is trying to sell it to everyone. Because if your copy speaks to everyone, it resonates with no one. We do our best to tailor our messaging and landing pages to ONE demographic with ONE problem. When you nail this, your ads find the right people, your conversions 2-3X, and your back-end ascension becomes much easier. Before writing copy, we start with research, every time. #3: CREATE AN IRRESISTIBLE, OUTCOME-BASED OFFER First, you need to know the market. Then you need to know the audience. Then you craft the offer. The perfect offer: core outcome, guaranteed, instant, with zero sacrifice required. Obviously, this doesn’t exist in reality, but the closer you can get to it, the more irresistible your offer will be. For front-end offers, we focus on a do it yourself solution that solves the core outcome, with 7-9 bonuses that crush every objection/limitation and speed up results For high-ticket offers, we focus on done-for-you/done-with you solutions that offer personalized/hand-holding help and AI tools/consultant to compress the timeline #4: DIFFERENTIATE OR DIE Your prospects have seen 10,000 ads and yours needs to break the pattern. Better isn't enough. Different is the only thing that cuts through. Every campaign we launch starts with one question: what makes this radically different? The brain is wired to ignore the familiar. You must create novelty in your campaigns and be the thing they haven’t seen. You can do this with a unique mechanism, different ad/landing page formats, etc #5: MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE CPA = BIGGEST LEVER Whoever can afford the highest CPA dominates every platform. This is the biggest lever in all of marketing. If your competitor's max CPA is $100 and yours is $1,000 - you will bury them. You can outbid them on every platform. You can run ads they can't afford. You can scale where they stall. The core framework we follow: Low-ticket → upsells/downsells → SAAS continuity → high-ticket back-end. On average, we self-liquidate 60-100% of ad-spend on every offer, and generate 4-6X ROAS on the back-end within the first 8-14 days. We also try to build branded SAAS’s for every offer for continuity/equity/exit multiple. #6: MEET THE MARKET WHERE THEY’RE AT I've been marketing for 15+ years and only RECENTLY did I truly understand and implement awareness-based messaging. It's CRITICAL to match your messaging to your audience’s level of awareness. This alone can immediately 2-3X your conversion rate. → Unaware: lead with a big idea → Problem Aware: agitate the pain → Solution Aware: reveal your mechanism → Product Aware: social proof, differentiation, comparison → Most Aware: price, urgency, scarcity If your ad is speaking to an unaware audience and your sales page is tailored to a product-aware audience, your conversions will tank. Beyond that, you need to ensure your ad budget is properly allocated to different stages of awareness. As a hypothetical example, only ~15% of your ad-spend should go to product-aware/most-aware ads. We’ve made the mistake of distributing 30-50% of our ad-spend here rather than properly allocating it and were left wondering why our offer was bombing. #7: THE FASTEST EXPERIMENTER WINS No matter how good you are, nothing is guaranteed in marketing. Every offer you launch is an experiment. Every ad you launch is an experiment. The more experiments you run, the more money you'll make. On the ads side, we roll out 30+ new creatives for each offer, every week. On the funnel side, we roll out a new split-test on every page, every week. Some experiments bomb and some experiments make you $1M+ /month. Run more experiments. The returns are asymmetric. These 7 principles have driven every 7 and 8-figure campaign we've built. Shoot me some love if you got anything out of this 👊👊
