Over the past two weeks, 12 services have been relocated to clear part of the old structures, making room for a major new building promised by H.E. the President to the people of Northern Province. This new construction will increase bed capacity from 300 to 550. It will ensure advanced care close to home for the communities it serves and strengthen the hospital’s teaching mission.

We made it again ,we successfully completed the 2nd episode of #24HoursOfMillenZ. 🤩😍We had a very productive 24 hours, and at the end we agreed on the following: 1️⃣We are not fighting a Hutu or Tutsi war. We are fighting for the rights guaranteed to us by the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda as Rwandans. As young people, we must unite because we share the same struggles, the same future, and the same destiny. 2️⃣We must begin reporting FPR puppets sent abroad to intimidate and silence Rwandans who fled the country. We also agreed to boycott FPR meetings held in the different cities where we live, so that everyone supporting Kagame’s and the FPR’s violence carries the shame of it publicly. 3️⃣We also learned and gained a deeper understanding of property rights in Rwanda. We discussed the existing gaps, shared testimonies from victims, and reminded each other that we must never accept laws that oppress or disadvantage us. I want to thank everyone who stayed with us throughout this journey,we could not have done it without you. #MillenZMovementRw ,we love you all.❤️❤️

KARASIRA'S OWN WORDS — RECORDED LONG BEFORE HIS DEATH In this video, Karasira Aimable speaks with striking self-awareness about a pattern he had personally experienced. He recounts that when he was detained by RIB, certain voices abroad immediately framed it as abandonment and persecution, not out of genuine concern for him, but because his misfortune became a convenient political tool to portray the Rwandan government negatively. He is explicit: it was never about loving Karasira or Idamange. It was about exploiting their difficulties as ammunition. When the government goes about its normal business, these opportunists spin it as failure and celebrate loudly. But he notes that were Idamange to be released, were he himself to walk free, those same voices would go silent, with nothing left to say. He describes this as a deliberate system operated by politically immature actors who weaponize suffering, real or fabricated through petitions, claims of torture, death announcements, purely to sustain their own relevance and justify their life in exile. Beyond that, Karasira bluntly said, such political hawks do little else except post on YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp. He ends with a pointed remark: that he genuinely wonders how some of them are even managing to build homes and sustain families. As Karasira continues to rest in power peacefully, the clarity and candor of his own recorded words achieve precisely what no external defense could. They consolidate the liberators' cause from within, while quietly but decisively diluting the rhetoric of those who have built careers on misrepresenting Rwanda's story. Viewed against his subsequent death from medication overdose, this recording is a powerful rebuttal, made in his own voice, on his own terms, towards exactly the narrative that predictably emerged after he passed.
