💥 BREAKING: #ZEBEC INVESTIGATION UPDATE 💥 @dom_kwok Today at approximately 4:30 PM UTC, I walked into an @FBI field office to formally share key findings related to @Zebec_HQ and associated entities. I made it very clear who I was and why I was there. @SECGov I was wearing gray sweats 😏 and a black shirt, just incase anything happens to me THEY KNOW i was there. I’m now making TWO of those findings public for full transparency: 1️⃣ SEC FORM D IRREGULARITY A Form D filing tied to Kalki Inc. lists an address that does NOT appear to exist (no verified “Broadway St” in Delaware tied to this entity). This immediately raised concern during my discussion. Kalki Inc. is ALSO listed as an operator connected to Zebec in their BVI securities agreement. 📄 SEC Filing: sec.gov/Archives/edgar… 📄 Supporting Document: uploads.republic.com/p/offerings/se… 2️⃣ QUESTIONABLE LEGAL LETTER I received a letter from @Zebec_HQ presented as a legal document. Issues include: • Structural/legal inconsistencies • Questionable “barrister” background • Address on the letter ties back to Zebec’s claimed acquisition of @gatenox A simple search into the barrister’s name (alongside “BBC”) opens a much deeper rabbit hole. WHERE THIS GOES NEXT The FBI showed particular interest in the letter and has requested a full copy. They are now aware of: • Key individuals (Sam & Galen) • The broader structure of Zebec • Allegations of insider/institutional activity Nothing is off the table, including potential connections involving @UpholdInc I’ve been asked to submit all findings as part of an updated #IC3 report, which I will be doing. Episode 3 coming soon.. no youtuber is safe. We will continue to ask questions. Now i think it's time for an actual investigation to open up into how as a crypto community we are allowing ourselves to be infiltrated by people with our interest not at the top of mind. We should not allow any representative from $zebec speak at xrplv.. especially with their fake Steller narrative. I want to be very clear, i am not and never have worked for the feds a day in my life nor would i wish to, truthfully that is the last place i wanted to be, but in the name of crypto i did it, and will continue to.
