I just had a conversation with the owner of my nail salon. They are very busy today. Although the doors are wide open, only 20% of clients are masked. She said she “can’t“ institute a mask mandar unless the health department does so first. Positivity rate in SF is 50%.

I’ve been part of several in flight medical responses. It’s impossible to hear on every airplane and airline. I suggest over the ear headphone stethoscope so we can also assess cardiac.

Dear @Delta, I just assisted in a medical emergency in the air. Your medical kits need a glucometer, epi pen, and automatic blood pressure cuffs- it’s impossible to hear with a disposable stethoscope in the air. Please improve this for passenger safety!
