Alberta and Saskatchewan are distinct, complex, and essential to Canada’s future. Ignoring that, and failing to grasp the economic and cultural realities that define this region, comes at a cost. If the federal NDP is serious about rebuilding trust in Alberta and Saskatchewan, its leadership must be grounded in respect for the people, industries, and communities that make the Prairies and Canada thrive.
