@RodinSimi Your club’s history is 17 years old and built on a foundation of fraud.
English

It’s actually embarrassing for the Premier League clubs when you look at the teams remaining in the Champions League and still see Arsenal in it.
A club with no real European history is still parading around in the biggest club competition.
Clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City should do better next season. This short-lived Arsenal dominance needs to end.
I can’t imagine Mikel Arteta and Arsenal winning the UCL, the noise, bragging, and self-entitlement would be too much to handle.

Pierre’s point is simple: credentials are not results.
Carney has the resume, the branding, the establishment applause, and all the polished banker theatre.
What he does not have is a record that justifies the cult treatment. Britain got the glossy sales pitch too. Then it got stagnation, policy drift, and the usual technocrat trick: fail upward and call it expertise. 🤡
English

@chrisprodromou @ArsenalN7 RVP was shooting on goal. It wasn’t a dead ball. By letter of the law, kicking the ball away to stop a team from re-starting is a yellow. Like what Declan Rice did last year. But between the whistle and RVP trying to shoot on goal was 5 tenths of a second.
English

@ArsenalN7 Kicking the ball away is a yellow card . Simple really

15 years later.. This STILL goes down as the biggest robbery in the history of the game 💀
Hemmy@cfc_hemmy
Greatest robbery in football history

@ArsenalN7 I’ve Said it before., And I will say it again. UEFA protected Barcelona and Messi. Barcelona attracted casual fans, non-football fans, Young fans and Messi supporters. For UEFA and FIFA It’s all about eye balls on screens, not who is the best team on the pitch.

@DTalkingArsenal @jlartus @mundodeportivo Getting rid of a junior manager, just for another junior manager is madness. This Arsenal squad only has two years left in it. We don’t have time for another rebuild project. We need an established manager that will work with this squad and win stuff.
English

🚨BREAKING @jlartus, @mundodeportivo:
Arsenal will sack Mikel Arteta at the end of the season if he fails to win the Premier League or Champions League. ❌🇪🇸
The club have already identified Cesc Fàbregas as the ideal candidate to replace him should he be moved on. 👀✅ #AFC

@EricRStPierre The purest definition of “pulling the ladder up”
English

Patrick Pichette — the guy who proposed this $500k “exit fee” — left Canada years ago, became Google’s CFO, made over $100 million, was on Twitter’s board until Elon fired him when he took it over, and now lives in luxury in London, England.
He used Canada’s subsidized education and mobility to climb the ladder… then wants to pull it up behind him and trap young Canadians here.
Mark Carney did the exact same thing (11 years in the UK).
This isn’t about “repaying education costs.”
It’s elite hypocrisy and Soviet-style control.
Canada is becoming a roach motel for talent.
Repost if you’re done watching them lock the door.
Eric St-Pierre@EricRStPierre
The Liberals just proposed a $500,000 “exit fee” at their 2026 convention — pay up or stay trapped if you want to work in the U.S. on a TN visa. This is exactly what the Soviet Union did: build walls, issue exit visas, and punish anyone trying to leave for a better life. Canada subsidizes your education → then locks you in like a prison camp so you can’t take your skills south. Same authoritarian playbook. Different century. Watch this clip from their own convention. 👇
English

@ryangerritsen @RickPerkinsCPC He technically left Canada twice. So it’s $1M. He left to go work for Google then left again for the UK.
English

The Liberal party has Patrick Pichette a former Senior VP of Google on stage who lives in Europe by the way, say that if Canadians want to leave Canada to work in the US they need to pay an exit tax of half a million dollars. The guy did the very thing to get a Microsoft job decades ago and paid 30 bucks. Now he wants young Canadians to be trapped here. The Liberals are nuts.
English

@ryangerritsen This is the ultimate definition of “pulling the ladder up behind you”. Patrick left Canada almost 25 years ago to work in California and never came back. And now lives in the UK. So Technically he left twice. With his new policy, he owes the Canadian government $1M
English

@celestialBlackx @drsportsmedia We are leaning that other teams have more resources. A legit spending budget and an illegal spending budget.
English

@drsportsmedia Two points. 1- People think that winning is easy. It’s something you can pull out of the air just because City has a dynasty. 2- I want Arsenal to be the club that rewards loyalty. Look at what happened when we sacked Emery. Nothing really changed.
English

@Carso123456 @TheShiftJournal The person I worked for was a Steve Jobs wannabe. They tried to take a page out his book. But it failed.
English

@PaulALeroux @TheShiftJournal Yea he counterproduced his way into billions of dollars
English

@LiquidAy Xhaka was a liability, Sanchez was a cancer, Vieira was past his prime, Cole was a Judas. And I had no problem when Arsenal sold RVP. I just wish they had sold him away from the PL and no to United
English

🚨EXCLUSIVE: 5 players Arsenal should not have sold when we did.
🇨🇭Granit Xhaka
🇨🇱Alexis Sanchez
🇫🇷Patrick Viera
🇫🇷Robin Van Persie
🏴Ashley Cole
I understand nothing could have be done to keep these guys, but things would have definitely turned out differently if they stayed. We needed to add a few players to them and we are good.
Which player do you think Arsenal should have held on to longer?

English

@ryangerritsen It’s the eyes. It’s always the eyes that give these people away.
