I'm experiencing the disappointment of being a failed landlord. I'm trying to rent out a small cottage in a leafy location. Potential tenants get all excited when they turn up for a viewing, popping in and even singing with delight. Then they just lose interest. What am I doing wrong? @Natures_Voice
