Yo! Any one on here own a leasehold property - Is it normal to have to pay an annual buildings insurance premium on top of your service charge? Help 🫶

@richardam89 When I bought my first flat I had to pay a service charge and that included building insurance, the only thing I had to do was contents insurance

Do not use @Enterprise car rentals online booking service as they will not refund you any money if you re turn your rental early! They kept £250 of my rental when I returned it 5 days early, absolutely disgusting customer service

@enterprisecares I put in a complaint on the 12th December and still haven’t had any response! Says I would hear within 5 days of starting complaint. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
