@Shutterfly Your new format for creating & editing books is a serious downgrade from the previous approach. Clunky, slow, & lacking intuitiveness, I'll be exploring other options once I get this year's books completed. Unfortunate, given the time & money invested over the years

This video is PEAK comedy gold. I felt this in my SOUL. 😂 “Can’t stand these fckn bicyclists” — my brother, you just narrated my morning commute. He nails it: Grown-ass men in skin-tight neon spandex outfits looking like a pack of radioactive Power Rangers, riding three-wide like it’s the Peloton Championships on a residential road. No one’s handing out medals at the cul-de-sac, Kyle. You’re not transporting a heart for surgery. You’re just expensive, slow-moving road geese with $10k carbon fiber attitudes. One? Fine. Eight? That’s a tactical formation. That’s how civilizations fall. I’m honking, I’m crying, I’m in agreement. Save us from the Lycra Legion. He nails every reason I can’t stand the bicycle militia.

@SouthwestAir Also, I flew earlier this week. Boarding was a mess, the overhead bin battle was fully on, and the new seats wrecked havoc on my back. Congrats to Paul Singer & Jonathan Pollock (and all at Elliott) for destroying a great airline. Time to completely re-think things. (2/2)

@SouthwestAir When checking in for SWA Flight 144 this morning at MCI, my wife & daughter were charged $70 for two checked bags. Yet my wife has a Southwest Priority VISA card. Please explain why this happened, and how this should be handled in the future.

@SouthwestAir All - I did hear via DM. Although I have 2 different SWA Priority VISA cards only the primary card holder gets the benefit - despite being A-List & having Companion Passes for many consecutive years. Ironically, my wife spends more than me. So disappointing. (1/2)

The new boarding process for @SouthwestAir is horrendous. Had to check my carry on suitcase bc it was too big. But when I got to my row the exact same suitcase was in the bin directly above. This will be a Harvard Biz Review case in near future.

Dear @SouthwestAir: Your new seating rules and boarding procedures are a DISASTER. Boarding is chaos. Deboarding is even worse. Your new boarding order leads to front bins being filled by back seaters before longtime A-Listers even board. This leads to madness upon deboarding as people go against the flow of traffic to get the carry-ons they had to stash 20 rows behind them. And because you no longer allow two bags to be checked for free, there are way more carry-ons, which only leads to longer boarding and deboarding times. There’s simply no reason to fly Southwest anymore. You don’t have the lowest fares. Miles and status don’t matter because of how badly you dorked up boarding. And the service quality has gone waaaaay down, with fun and cheery flight attendants being replaced by nasty, bossy cranks with bad attitudes. It doesn’t have to be this way. You used to be the best. You should go back to doing the things that made Southwest different and great.
