@skupor Very archaic way of thinking. By right seats you mean only in DC. Meanwhile, skipping over an enormous talent, pool and the rest of the country that can do the job remotely or teleworking. The most important thing is not where the work gets done, but what work gets done

The new boarding process for @SouthwestAir is horrendous. Had to check my carry on suitcase bc it was too big. But when I got to my row the exact same suitcase was in the bin directly above. This will be a Harvard Biz Review case in near future.
