@eglenn_dev @melvynx Wouldn't make sense considering 4.6 is the same cost as 4.7 and 4.8 roughly speaking

@RonaldPython @vxdb top level domain operator. Something like .com (or in this case .me) is a top level domain, and whoever operates it (the company behind it) is the operator.

@po1399 @OrganicGPT Yeah it's ridiculous. It's like saying yeah we broke into your house and have all right to do so because there's no "No burglars" sign on your yard 😂

@OrganicGPT ZDR on and off is a distraction and a poor attempt to shift blame. This is malware exfiltrating user data not needed or used for the task it was used for. No difference to taking all your private emails at the same time and saying “well you didn’t turn on ZDR so that’s on you”

@fabrice_mayrand So you‘re re-selling subscription usage, violating the TOS. Great.

This is insane Cheaper Inference is selling API access to most major models for 30% off. Use OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models through a drop-in OpenAI-compatible API. No contract, no migration required.

@coolkoon @stupidtechtakes Fr they are the stupid ones with this one. It‘s the perspective that matters. Between the client and the server the content transferred via https is end (the client) to end (the server) encrypted.

@stupidtechtakes If you don't know what TLS is then I don't know what to tell you. You really should post about a different topic because it's clear you're clueless about this one.

@AdityaShips netlify is an alternative, but you need to buy the pro subscription. otherwise, they won't even let you add env vars. another option is deploying on cloudflare or aws, but you'll have to sacrifice some dx.

Claude massively over-engineers too to be fair. When you come up with a solution yourself it‘s oftentimes much shorter. But I agree Claude and GPT models are currently better at that. We might need some kind of solution efficiency benchmark that measures how elegant a solution is.

@theo My issue with all non-Claude models is they way over engineer. The same prompt on Grok 4.5 generated 49 LOC whereas Sonnet 5 generated 24 for the same result.

@tomhaerter @initjean Wow quick fix! Is this outbound-only or both inbound and outbound? For inbound traffic it would be super expensive. Either way I think this is a really cool project, Europe needs more infra as a service platforms😄

@0xherve @theo Yeah when you don‘t have a clear direction yet, exploring a couple of different paths quickly with AI to decide on one can be super useful. But the code needs to be completely rewritten from there.

@theo it's truly shocking people consume all their cognitive bandwidth on things that don't matter and wonder why [hy are slow af and can't even 2x their output By choosing to read every line, you are choosing to do something else worse.

@PaulPlayStudio @ThePrimeagen 1. I didn’t say quality doesn’t matter 2. Base44 was vibe coded by one person and sold for 80 miilion dollars 6 months later. I’m sure some slop got in

Unfortunately no matter how judicious I am, no matter how much I review the code, it feels impossible to not let the slop slip in. I feel like you can prevent it from overflowing, but without your hands getting dirty, you don't really know the state of the project.

@robj3d3 If you‘re working in a larger codebase that isn‘t a bogstandard project you still should. So many times even Fable still reinvents something that already has a clear pattern in the codebase.
