@354reason @wenger4lyfe @bswud You also have to make the increase reasonable. A near 100% jump is anything but and should be challenged. I think you’re misinterpreting the text. You can increase once a year at a reasonable percentage (say 7%) but total rent charged can’t be higher than market rates.
