@UtilitaEnergy why is when you phone your emergency service... that no one answers I have been on hold for nearly on hour.... you call your self an emergency service. Doubtful...also I would also like to know how to proceed about making a complaint.

Great train has been cancelled due to no having enough staff. Now my question to @ScotRail is would I be able to get a refund or even a part refund... as I am now force to pay out even more money for the bus down to Kilmarnock... so that way I can be in time to open up my shop.
