It's been 2hrs since we placed our order to @dominos_india using @zomato. The order still on the way and Zomato says dominos use their own delivery partner and the restaurant no is incorrect so there is no way to call the restaurant plus the delivery guy is not picking the phone.

Feeling extremely disappointed to see a disconnect at @agarwalpacker for their customer service and actual on-ground survey team. Its been 10 days as i want my house surveyed for estimating the cost of moving but despite of assurance from customer service, no one has visited yet

Had a harrowing experience with @zomato and @dominos_india where the kids slept hungry on Diwali night as none of the parties could manage the rush or keep the customer updated. To top it all the I was charged for the order which was not delivered plus being refused of refund.
