@AirFranceKLM you guys are pathetic! Booked HYD to AMS and onwards to IAH. Made me miss flight from AMS to IAH. Booked business class ticket. Rebooked me for a day later and then downgraded me to Premium Economy without any intimation. Your staff is so rude! Terrible experience!
