4/n Issue related to shortage of Staff strength along with various other points were also raised by the Staff Side. Chairman apprised the house that large number of dossiers of new recruits have been received from Staff Selection Commission through DAD(HQRs.) Office New Delhi

1/n ROC Steering Committee Meeting was held at conference hall today under the chairmanship of Sh. Lehana Singh IDAS Dy CDA. Various P&A issues related to staff of PCDA (O) were discussed with the staff leaders. @pcdaopune @DrRajeevChavan1 @DefenceAccounts @PRODefPune

@pcdaopune I took PMR and released on 30 Apr 2022 and till now my leave encash amount of 300 days pending. Submitted several grievances. Can u check and credit it

@RepublicaIndia The canteen operator s Mother was very sick ( Nishant ) Hence make shift arrangement was made for pav bhaji . All of the Officers and Staff will have a working lunch on 19 th July 2022 it was declared and menu finalized You too can join the hard earned party Jai Hind 🙏🇮🇳🙏

Logically beg to differ... though we r doing our best but there r lot to be done in the procedural issues... can't correct in final stages...

Advisory No.44: Granting & Accordance of Time Bar waiver, relaxation & Dispensation by Competent Authority for other claims (except TADA/LTC) for all belatedly/delayed submitted claims beyond years.

@cs46906238 Yes true more delegated powers should be given down the line but friend very few claims are beyond one year old .. Less than or equal to 5 to 10 % Hence most are settled at unit level or formation or command level only Hence not much to worry Regards Jai Hind 🇮🇳🙏🇮🇳

@pcdaopune Sir with due regards.. Its a great effort.. But still why to follow old rulings.. We are into 75 years of independence.. You should have given authority to the officer authorities to sign part 2 orders... For giving all delay sanctions... Pl be manganous....

@gauravg2198 @pcdaopune So true. Its been 8 months after retirement. The audit in pcdao is still not done whereas i took just 2 weeks to prepare my bills due to me with the help of just one account clerk.

@VikasShah2703 @gauravg2198 Hence no need to pay advance for LTC to the officer now . Our grievances relating to LTC will evaporate in thin air and we can concentrate on more important policy related issues thence .🙏🇮🇳🙏

@VikasShah2703 @gauravg2198 In advance only 90 % the officer receives Balance he had to put from his pocket For LTC only tickets are needed no DA Hence Defence Travel System is the best safest and cheapest as it is going to provide you with the tickets as per your entitlement beforehand
