Here’s a comparison between how much it is to charge our Teslas (0-100%) vs filling up a comparable gas vehicle: Model 3 Performance: $2.29 USD BMW M3: $86 Cybertruck AWD: $3.44 Ford F-150 (35 gal tank): $162 Tesla Model Y Performance: $2.29 BMW X3: $95 (Regular gas: $4.65/gal, Premium Gas: $5.70/gal)

📢 Double Trouble 💥 📍 Richmond Hill, ON 🇨🇦 For the 2nd time in just three years, this home has sold at a loss. It was bought in 2022 for $2M, only for the owner to unload it in 2023 for $1.8M. The story didn’t end there. The new buyers couldn’t hold on, and the lender stepped in, selling it this week for $1.5M. That’s more than $100k under the 2017 price and a $300k loss on this round alone. Not including taxes, realtor commissions, and closing costs. If homes are falling below 2017 levels, the question becomes unavoidable. When are we going to hit the bottom?

@DJOscarKilo @StubHub I purchased tickets for the @usopen last night from @StubHubCA @TeamStubHub and this morning they are saying my tickets have been withdrawn as the seller has made them unavailable. How’s this even allowed? This is completely illegal and unacceptable. I have already travel plans.
