The average woman today is 5'4" and 172llbs. It's totally unacceptable women this height to weigh over 125lbs.

I think I need to be fired. I've done 232 dry sauna sessions. Last week I confirmed, for the first time (by swallowing a pill), whether the core temperature threshold that gates the primary cellular repair mechanism was actually being reached in my protocol. The threshold is 102.2°F (39.0°C). For me, that takes 33 min at 195°F. With ice on face and neck, 38min. My standard daily protocol was 20 minutes. That wasn’t enough time to get my core body temp to the heat shock threshold of 102.2°F (39.0°C). Causing me to ask, did I just waste 77 hours and 20 min? It's possible my heat threshold has increased and the heat shock protein release was happening previously, but I doubt it based upon the subjective feeling I now understand as being 102.2F (39.0°C). It’s brutal. For these 232 sessions, I measured the temperature of the air, humidity, duration, frequency, the sweat output, blood biomarkers, vascular response, toxin clearance and fertility markers. There is no human body in history that has been more measured in sauna than mine. Nevertheless, I did not confirm the one number that determines whether the primary mechanism was activating. My goal wasn't to be a sauna bro. It was to saunamaxx. I was doing the former while thinking I was doing the latter. I rest my case. I should probably be fired.

@IR5Iconoclast @JWheeler8442 @newstart_2024 It’s his kid too? This is too funny. He has no say or responsibility and it’s all the woman’s decision is it? Then better to not have kids if he doesn’t want to look after his own kids

Jordan Peterson drops a truth most modern families don’t want to hear: “Daycare under three — especially in the first year — is really not advisable. There isn’t any form of care that can replace a mother’s care in those early years.” He calls it “quite remarkable” that we’ve engineered a world where staying home with young children has become a luxury for most families — “as if by design.” Decades of research (still largely unchanged) shows the critical attachment window in the first 3 years is uniquely supported by consistent, responsive maternal care. Disruptions here correlate with measurable increases in stress reactivity, behavioral issues, and later emotional difficulties. The question we’re afraid to ask: Have we made motherhood incompatible with economic survival on purpose? Parents (especially moms of young kids): Do you feel this pressure — that staying home feels like a luxury you can’t afford? Or have you seen the difference in your own children between early daycare vs. being home those first years? Your honest take 👇

@MbarkCherguia The ignorance and racism in this thread is astounding. Do you all remember Columbus tries to find India for our spices and food? The advanced culture? Trade?

@MbarkCherguia What’s the problem with eating with hands? It’s still on a plate. We enjoy eating with our hands. And don’t get sick because of it. So what’s the problem

@newstart_2024 I guess dads don’t count. Where is the research that compared moms with others and what kind of harm did it show? My kids went to daycare at 9 months and have no issues and one just graduated from MIT

@thegarybrecka banana is incredibly satiating. Berries not so much. When I’m really tired I can eat a banana and stop the cravings and feel a lot better. if I ate berries I’d want more.

Grapes, mango, pineapple, bananas… High sugar. Low satiety. Fast blood sugar spikes. You can eat hundreds of calories worth in minutes and still feel hungry shortly after. Now compare that to berries... Lower sugar. Higher fiber. Slower digestion. More stable energy. If your goal is better energy, better focus, and better metabolic health… this distinction matters.

@PaulRChase @John3101985 @DawnsMission I agree with you, looking at data and not throwing out conspiracies. However, the time to look at is not 2020-2022. We should compare with 2024-2025 data. A number of young people have died suddenly and I cannot rule out the vaccine

Data from multiple long-term surveillance programs shows no significant increase in sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) or sudden cardiac death (SCD) among athletes during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to the years immediately preceding it. 📷TCTMD.com +1 Comparative Data Trends Multiple peer-reviewed studies comparing pre-pandemic (2017–2019) and pandemic-era (2020–2022) data indicate that incidence rates remained stable: US National Data (NCCSIR): A study of young competitive athletes in the US found 203 cases of SCA/SCD in the three years before the pandemic and 184 cases during the first three years of the pandemic. This difference was not statistically significant. Global Football (FIFA): Analysis from the FIFA Sudden Death Registry showed 454 SCA/SCD cases globally in the pre-pandemic period compared to 380 during the pandemic. Regional Studies: Research in Catalonia, Spain, reported no change in the burden or causes of sports-related sudden death before and after lockdown periods.📷PubMed Central (PMC) (.gov) +4 Key Findings on Causes While early concerns focused on potential heart inflammation (myocarditis) from COVID-19 or vaccines, the data shows: Stable Myocarditis Rates: Confirmed myocarditis deaths remained extremely rare. In the US cohort, there were 3 confirmed cases before the pandemic and 4 during. Vaccination Impact: Large-scale studies, including an Australian study of 4 million young adults, found no increase in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests linked to COVID-19 vaccination. Misinformation Correction: Experts note that many reports of "increased deaths" on social media were based on anecdotal video montages that included cases occurring well before the pandemic.📷PubMed Central (PMC) (.gov) +4

Just caught up with a friend in his early 60s. Both he and his wife now have cancer — they were completely healthy before the COVID vaccine. Another friend told me her son (in his 30s) has cancer. The healthy guy I used to play pickleball with (also 60s) just died. And yet another woman’s husband got turbo cancer. This is NOT normal. Something’s very wrong.

My wife and I were talking the other day about potential career options for my 15 yrs old daughter who really struggles in school and is likely not college bound/material. For guys it’s easy… Don’t want to go to college, pick a trade or figure something else out such as a police officer, firefighter etc. It’s not as easy for girls. I think she would do well in sales since she is attractive, has the personality and is extremely social (spends hours everyday talking on the phone to all her friends). For parents with daughters who aren’t on the college path…what are some real, high-income career options you’ve seen work?
