Most traders don’t lose because of strategy. They lose because they trade differently when it matters. You know what to do. But under pressure, you don’t follow it. That’s not discipline. That’s behaviour under pressure. I work with traders on fixing that. If you want to understand your own patterns, DM me “control”

@dontbsalti Sickk! Respect for the freedivers. Scuba myself, but the anxiety I would have with freediving, damn, not for me. What is your longest breath hold?

Been thinking about this lately… Would love to take on 1–2 people and actually turn them profitable. Not just a mentorship, but really being on their side for a few weeks. From zero to a hundred.

@STKNRS1 @joseftrades If you say, need to know when not to trade, those are technical lessons man. For the impatience part, start tracking when you lose impactience. How it feels (breathing, heart rate etc) and what kind of thoughts you have. Becoming aware of what happens is step 1

@joseftrades Have a look at my posts on here, I’m struggling with psychology particularly in my patience and learning when to not trade. I’ve so far had one funded that I passed but then blew so now I’m on a new eval I would love this opportunity if you would consider me👋🏼

I’m ngl to you if you’re course selling or have a mentorship and you don’t speak with your students weekly about psychology then you are doing them a disservice. It’s not enough to charge somebody money and just give them signals. You need to help cut your members learning curve by being brutally honest with them about your fuck ups. Y’all appear perfect and then charge people and wonder why they don’t get results. You’re just showing them a pattern everyday and not really helping them be self sufficient. More than half of yall don’t even be in your own groups other than the first 20 minutes of the day. The jig is up. People want what’s real.

Just had a call with @DanielSuleima20. Worked on 3 things - foundation of performing under pressure - way you should think as a trader - framework to become aware and regulate your mental state Up to you to implement it 🙌🏼 Good chat brother

Most traders blow up chasing 6-month miracles Took me 5 YEARS to find consistency The last 1.5 years? Finally profitable This game demands YEARS of your life You either commit to the long road Or you get a regular job There's no in-between

Don’t see every loss as a mistake. Once you understand you can EVERYTHING WELL and still lose, you become able to grow. Until this point, you will always look back at yourself and dont appreciate statistics. The real growth is in. 1. Build a plan 2. Build evidence you can trust yourself 3. Improve or continue the plan. Lots of people are in phase 2, but try to do phase 3.

@DanielSuleima20 Its not always about you (as the trader) doing something wrong…. The circumstances might not be there. Trick is to not force anything these days

There are trading days or weeks the narrative/bias is unclear. What do you do then? You still feel the urge to enter? Or just patiently wait. These are the weeks that determine how far you will come. As a trader you earn your money in the clear days..

@KevinSzabo14 Adaptability. Your plan or system can be great, but you always need to be able to adapt to the needs of the market. The business is not for you, but for the people you help.

@ItsTraderLuke @grok Get a job. Get a mentor from the money of the job Learn besides your job, learn a daytrade strategy on the 1h/4h that is possible next to the job. Accept the process and grow

Hey @grok A trader has: $100. No edge. No mentor. No track record. Where does he put it? Education? Prop firm challenge? Live account? What’s the exact move?

Training your nervous system is your first line of defense. In a trade, your body doesn’t think, it reacts. Survival mode kicks in. Rational thinking goes offline. You’re not executing a strategy anymore. You’re managing perceived threat. Your performance is capped by the amount of stress your system can handle. That’s the ceiling. Only after that, the deeper work starts: - Beliefs - Values - Personality - Behavioral protocols But none of that holds if your system collapses under pressure. Regulation first. Then meaning. Then performance.

@DanielSuleima20 @Sholly_Pee1 It doesnt feel like it. But if you follow the plan (and the plan is overall profitable), you need to learn to accept the losses... Do you notice after a few of these situations that you will change the plan, or not follow it?

@Sholly_Pee1 This is my current phase. Bro I’m tired 😩🤦‍♂️ Feeling like I should give up.. But no I can’t. I know where price is going to but whenever I execute even after following my plan properly I still lose

Listen. There’s a phase in trading most people never talk about. Not beginner phase. Not profitable phase. It’s the middle ground. Where ; You understand the charts. You follow your rules. You manage risk properly… But the results still aren’t showing yet. This is where most people quit. Not because they lack skill… but because they lose trust in themselves. This phase is inevitable. It builds discipline, patience, belief and sharpens your mind without validation. If you pass this phase, you don’t just make money… you’ll be on an entirely different level.

@Sholly_Pee1 Yupp... This is the phase people often don't know what they need to do or learn. The saying of Einstein is accurate here. If you do what you always did, you will get what you always got. Make a plan, to learn how to be disciplined and patient. Track these things and grow

@austinsilverfx It all can work. Just need a plan backed by data, that proves it and then be able to execute on it. The constant hate on people trading different ways is really exhausting...

THE DIRTY SECRET OF TRADING NOBODY WANTS YOU TO KNOW… This is for everyone focused on R multiple. As you can see, I’m having a great month yet I get basically less than 1R every day I’ve been doing this for years and it works really well for me. I also have an 80% win rate going back to 2023. My only recommendation is you stay open minded instead of just believing that you need a high R multiple to be profitable I hope you find success for yourself.
