My 18 year old Liv's probably swimming last county champs. Last swim here was 1st Feb 2020 she was flying and the fastest 15 year old 50m breaststroker in Notts and working to nationals! We all know the rest of the story that followed. Look forward they say, I feel pretty sad 😞

Katy works for me. She is single & earns less than 30k, rents a room for £775pcm in Central London, has student debt, £120 a month on travelling to work saves money every month, goes on foreign holidays & does not need to use a foodbank. Katy makes my point really well.

Absolutely delighted we can finally share the good news regarding the Community Diagnostics Centre. The Mansfield, Newark & Ashfield communities are going to benefit so much from this. Congratulations to everyone involved in developing the project 👏🙌🎉
