@nickgerli1 How's the pos house in that pos town worth that much??
English

Some crazy stuff is going on in Nashville's housing market.
Opendoor, America's largest homebuyer, just purchased this house for $462K in March.
But then immediately relisted and cut the price to $430k.
a $32,000 loss on price in a matter of weeks.
On top of that, the appraised value for this house is $548,000.
Meaning today's list price is 22% below 2025 appraisal.
Suggesting major downward pressure on values in Nashville.
(that, or both Opendoor and the Nashville tax appraiser don't know what they're doing).

@PhilipHend57757 (in all honesty) it kinda makes sense why you'd rush to hide your shame in the dark shades of ignorance.

Colonial addicts don't understand why Spain and Portugal went off to rape half the planet in the 1500s. It's because (in all honesty) they were not nearly as economically self-sufficient as Ming dynasty China was. The same was also true for Songhai, which was as big as Western Europe. They didn't rush off to colonize Portugal because--they didn't need to. Oyo Kingdom? Same. Benin? Same. Europe only became as huge as it did because of international piracy, and Europeans became pirates because they didn't have shit beforehand.

Colonial fanboys when the Chinese didn't use their ships to invade other nations and gunpowder to kill their innocent inhabitants.

@VerminusM @JoelWebbon "I am innocent of this man's blood; see to it yourselves"
English

@JoelWebbon Almost all of them were killed by gentiles, not Jews. Somehow you keep forgetting this little detail. Or maybe you just don't know?
You people seem to hate Jews more than you love Christianity, so I won't be surprised if you never bothered to read about the apostles.
English

@Rogue0572 Why do you entertain the views of a street shitter masquerading as an adept of the church of satan.

When Emperor Julian (the Apostate) had an anti-Christian meltdown, he attempted to rebuild the Jerusalem Temple for the Jews in order to discredit Christianity.
As work began to clear the ruins of the former temple, a terrible earthquake struck, killing several people and setting the project back.
When the workers resumed construction, a mysterious fire burst forth from the ruins, burning several workers to death. The project was eventually abandoned.
This event is corroborated by Jewish, Christian, and pagan sources.
The irony is that those who survived the “holy fire” converted to Christianity on the spot. It was total humiliation for the Jews and pagans.
In short, Julian attempted to “bless Israel,” and God said, “Nope.” Instead, Julian was ran through by a Persian spear.

It's obvious that pulling out of the Iran Deal was a catastrophic decision by Trump. Yet that decision got far less media and political scrutiny than the Deal itself.

Pulling out of the Iran nuclear was a catastrophic mistake.
