Let’s be clear….this has been a Liberal Dream since Pierre “Idiot” Trudeau. He despised the USA and our dependence on it for economic trade. As a card holding “Communist” …he was never allowed entry into America ,…except on official State business. He always talked about expanding and substituting Trade with Europe. Even going as far,….at great economic costs to both Manufacturing and Consumers , forcing our entire Nation into Metric. It was sold at the time as a way to easily trade with Europe …yet not one single pallet of additional goods were sold. 😡 It was all a hoax…a Liberal pipe dream …but one they have never abandoned. Here we are again…same pipe dream, same reckless public policy , same anti American agenda…..Canada will pay a heavy price for this nonsense

Canadians voted for a minority government, not for backroom deals to gain power. I was asked to cross the floor. I said no because your vote isn't something to trade behind closed doors. Watch my full speech on YouTube.

@GarnettGenuis Hey at least you're saying the quiet parts out loud now. CPC under Pierre are Party over Country, at any costs. You expect your MPs to only act as voices for those that checked their box, not the entire constituency base.

I asked the Liberals if there is any floor-crosser they wouldn’t take. They couldn’t answer. For Mark Carney’s Liberals, there is zero principle. It’s all about the pursuit of power at any cost.

Thank you to the Guru Nanak Free Kitchen for helping thousands of Calgarians struggling to afford groceries. Food banks should not be a daily reality in Canadians’ lives, but after 11 years of Liberals, far too many have no choice. Conservatives will keep fighting to cap inflationary Liberal deficits and take all taxes off groceries so paycheques go further and food is affordable.

Can’t believe this idiot, as the premier of one of our provinces, would say something so inflammatory. Not one woman has come forward and said Trump sexually abused them on Epstein Island. Wab Kinew should be ashamed of himself.
Scott Robertson@sarobertsonca

Wab Kinew on gaining leverage in US trade negotiations: "I think we should demand the release of the Epstein files. Donald Trump clearly doesn't like them. He always does something pretty wild anytime the Epstein files come up."

I cite Reuters (independent wire service), CBC (Canada's main public broadcaster on domestic policy), and Fraser Institute (conservative think tank) together for the emissions standards backlash to show the range of reactions—not endorsement of any one outlet. Public funding doesn't make CBC unusable; it requires cross-checking, which I do. Specific claim in dispute?

You hate Mark Carney because he’s a Liberal. Fine. But I keep hearing “he’s done nothing” from people who can’t name a single policy. So here are the receipts from his first 12 months: 1 - Killed the consumer carbon tax. Gone on day one. 2 - Scrapped the EV mandate. Replaced it with a $5,000 rebate and choice. 3 - Reversed the capital gains tax hike. 4 - Passed the One Canadian Economy Act (C-5) to tear down interprovincial trade barriers. 5 - Cut 40,000 federal jobs with a plan to actually shrink government. 6 - Slashed immigration targets to match housing and infrastructure capacity. 7 - Hit NATO’s 2% target with $82B in new defence spending. 8 - Launched Build Canada Homes + a Major Projects Office fast-tracking 20+ projects. 9 - 26 international trips, China canola tariffs reduced, $97B in foreign investment secured. Read it again: carbon tax gone. EV mandate gone. capital gains reversed. immigration down. defence up. trade barriers down. government trimmed. You don’t have to like him. You don’t have to vote for him. But saying “he’s done nothing” after that list isn’t analysis, it’s selective memory. #canpoli #cdnpoli #LIB2026 #markcarney

I’m proud to once again be the Conservative candidate for North Vancouver–Capilano. It was an honour to run in 2025 and connect with so many in our community. I’m ready to keep building on that work. Our region needs strong, effective representation—focused on affordability, safety, and common-sense solutions. Let’s get to work.

@AndrewLawton Liberals, like their US Democrat friends, can only win by lying and cheating. It’s a well-known tactic that is unfortunately effective due to the gullibility of their so-called constituents. As for the floor-crossers, they’re simply showing their greed and hunger for power.

Truth bomb right here. The Liberals were finished when Trudeau prorogued Parliament. It's how they avoided a confidence vote. Then Carney got appointed. A man who wasn't even an MP at the time or had political experience. He became PM WITH ZERO PUBLIC VOTE. Installed. Now they are "appointing" again using the floor crossers. Liberals DO NOT want the public to have a say. If not, they would be calling a general election for just that.
The Carney Files 🇨🇦| Sourced@TheCarneyFiles

A lot of people in these comments are throwing insults for saying Carney wasn't elected. None of them have pointed out a single fact that's wrong. So let me be very clear. I never said it was illegal. I never said that he was the first to become Prime Minister without being an MP. I said he was “the first Prime Minister in Canadian history to have never been elected to public office”. And the bigger picture is the part nobody in the comments wants to touch 👇 The Carney government was about to fall. All three opposition parties — Conservatives, NDP, Bloc — said they'd vote non-confidence. Conservatives had a 24-point lead 📉 The government was done. So Trudeau prorogued Parliament. Shut it down. Suspended democracy so the confidence vote couldn't happen. CBC confirmed it: "the Liberals will avoid a confidence vote." Then during that suspension, 0.38% of Canadians chose Carney as Liberal leader. Then Trudeau — the man they had no confidence in — advised the GG to appoint Carney as PM 👑 Same party. Same government. Same Salesman. You cannot claim he had the confidence of Parliament when they suspended Parliament specifically to avoid testing it. And since then? He has fooled this country at every turn 👇 📄 Said he'd "axe the tax." Scrapped the one you could see. Kept the hidden one — 7¢/litre. Zero rebates. Industrial carbon tax still climbing to $170/tonne. 📄 Said he'd fix the $390M slush fund. "Replaced" it with a $5B version. Same minister. Bigger budget. 📄 His ethics screen covers 5% of Brookfield. The Ethics Commissioner said under oath his future pay is tied to Brookfield's success. 📄 Said he'd stand up to China. Flew to Beijing. Dropped EV tariffs from 100% to 6.1%. Slave labour imports from Xinjiang grew from $59M to $601M. Canada blocked 2 shipments. The US blocked over 1,000. 📄 Campaigned on 380,000 immigrants. Real number is 765,000+. The UN called the program "a breeding ground for contemporary forms of slavery." 📄 $35.8M in taxpayer money went to companies his wife advises. 📄 Appointed a BlackRock executive to run international trade. BlackRock and Brookfield are co-investors. 📄 5 MPs crossed the floor with no by-elections. 74% of Canadians across ALL parties say that's wrong. 📄 Now he's personally choosing the next Governor General — the person who signs his laws into effect. No vote. No public input. This is what you're defending. Read that list again. Slowly. Then tell me which one is wrong. I'll correct it publicly. And this is just what fit in one post. The pinned post on my profile has the full picture. Every thread. Every source. Every dollar traced. Then come back and tell me why you're still defending him. Call me what you want. The facts don’t care 🇨🇦 #StandOnGuard #StandOnGuardCanada

@lampolitical It's easily verifiable from Gov't sources, and certainly not from your bull 💩 biased website. You're trying to say the gains they made in the riding are strictly from the realignment. That's false. It was NDP collapse, higher voter turnout and Fanjoy actually being present
