Let's use Mark Carney's own math telling us how much richer the average Canadian will be from his Budget 2025: "The budget shows...we are going to put more than $3k in the pocket of every Canadian by the end of this decade." The budget has $322B in deficits. Divide that by 42M Canadians and you have $7.7K in deficits leaving the pocket of every Canadian. That's not including the record high cost of servicing that debt that will be over $80B/year. So this budget will cost every Canadian $7.7K and they will get back $3k plus record debt and cost. What a deal!
