In truth I havn't been feeling at my best for the last few days. I have been trying to keep busy and do positive things. But I am writing this to say its OK to feel down or tired or fed up or overwhelmed. #Mentalhealth often has ups and downs and inbetweens.

I wish people could understand that mental illnesses are not a joke, they are just as important as your physical health, having some sort of a mental illness can be a very devastating experience to someone, don’t stay quiet please speak if you are suffering #mentalhealth #anxiety
