First heard about the Dr. Khavinson bioregulators about a year ago and was really intrigued by the Russian industrial studies and the performance and recovery aspects. I work a 6 hour on 6 hour off watch schedule while at sea. I first started with pinealon and Vilon. I worked the back watch so I’d be up from midnight to 6am and then noon to 6pm. I had the intranasal spray for both. I would do 2mg intranasal of Vilon starting my Noon watch and then 2mg of Pinealon before bed at 0600. I used to drink tons of coffee to be sharp and then that obviously would nuke my sleep. By the time I’d get home I’d be a zombie and just be a vegetable by the time Id get home. After a few days of this I noticed I didn’t need as much coffee and I definitely felt sharper day to day. Enough to make a difference in my mood and daily demeanor, even my gf on the phone noted that I sounded less stressed and more cognizant. of course after having a positive experience with these I decided to jump down the rabbit hole and go for the SubQ versions as well as other peptides. After a little trial and error I found what helped me best. I settled on my stack that keeps me from performing my best in a very strenuous work environment especially now during summer where the ambient temps on deck get up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. I settled on: Vilon Vesugen Pinealon TB500 BPC157 KPV Mots C Bromantane(I know not a peptide but thought I’d include it here) This stack also healing tendonitis both my achilles and also my arm. I tore my Achilles and Bicep at work previously but they no longer bother me at all. I do notice I can recover quicker, I am definitely more resilient, my focus is much better than it previously was as well. When I get home I am not as run down and can actually enjoy my time off instead of just hibernating the first few days back. These have been genuinely life changing for me and probably helped me gain back a few of the years of life expectancy this horrible watch schedule was shaving off. Next I’ll probably try Cerebroylsin when it becomes available.

Yikes I always wondered about the variation in effects people report The science on epithalon/epithalamin from Khavinsons lab has been solid and consistent for 45 years But everyone’s getting bunk stuff… Read 👇
BowTied Biohacker@BowTiedUM

Your 99% pure tested Epitalon is probably bunk Especially if it didn't have the typical effects A LOT of the epitalon from chinese suppliers is epitalon trifluoroacetate This is what the manufacturers apparently made a bunch of and are trying to push 40% of the molecule is TFA, it makes epitalon partially misfolded, and it has some toxic properties Now the anecdotes people have shared make more sense If you are a company selling epitalon, you need to ask your chinese sales rep for the following: - Epitalon ACETATE - No TFA, not even trace - Sequence: H-Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly-OH - Anion exchange HPLC - >98% purity by analytic RP-HPLC UV - ESI-MS Confirmation - Net peptide content from AAA, not inferred from gross weight - Ion chromatography with conductivity detection (TFA reported as % w/w and molar equivalents; must be below quantitation limit or absent) - water content - shipping at -20° C with photoprotectant containers Now the fucked up part is they'll still scam you, so you have to confirm all that yourself too Does Finnrick do all of that? No. Does Janoshik? No. That's an issue. At the very LEAST, you need IC counter ion analysis in addition to the standard hplc uv, or else you'll NEVER DISTINGUISH ACETATE FROM TFA AND THATS A HUGE PROBLEM LMFAO For actual research grade (or pharma lmao) epitalon that would have been used in Khavinsons labs, the minimum panel would be: RP-HPLC-UV (purity) + ESI-MS (identity) + AAA (composition) + IC (counter-ion) + elemental N analysis (net content), chiral HPLC (ensure no D contamination) and a TRAP assay(if you reallywanna be legit)

One idea that stood out: Your brain isn’t passively recording reality. It’s constantly building an internal model of the world. Perception isn’t just seeing. It’s interpretation. That idea feels surprisingly modern considering this book was first published in the 1970s. What do you think—does the brain discover reality, or construct it?

A user at optimalhealthmanifesto.com asked me: "Is Epithalon a longevity peptide or a sleep peptide? I keep seeing both." Both, and they are the same story told from two ends. Epithalon is a four-amino-acid peptide out of decades of Russian research, and the target is your pineal gland, the little clock that runs melatonin and your circadian rhythm. Reset that clock and you would expect exactly what real users report: deeper sleep, waking refreshed on less of it. The longevity angle is the same mechanism aiming higher, the Russian work tied pineal signaling and telomerase to lifespan in animal and observational studies. Honest grade: decades of Soviet-era data, thin Western replication. Fascinating, not settled. And the reason you have barely heard of it is not the science. It is that nobody could patent a molecule that small. Link in the first comment below 👇

@OHMpeptides Personally stacking it with Pinealon prior to sleep worked well when I was at home and had a full 7-8 hours of sleep

I used to think anyone who paid $120 for a hoodie had lost the plot. Then I hit a stretch this spring where I lived in one for six weeks straight — client calls, road trips, working on the property, going for hikes. Cost per wear made the math a joke. So, for the guys who've solved this: what's the actual best all-weather hoodie in the $100–$200 range? Full zip, no ridiculous logo, holds up in a washer.

I see so many fitness influencers sharing complicated protocols for eating, drinking, and going out, but honestly, the easiest hack is this: just don’t drink. Most of the time when I go out, I’m completely sober. Maybe I’ll have a drink once in a while, but it’s rare. I still dance, laugh, and have an amazing time, and the funniest part is that nobody even realizes I’m not drinking. Then I wake up the next morning feeling refreshed, productive, and without regrets. For me, that’s always worth it. Alcohol isn’t something I feel like I need to have fun, and honestly, that’s been a game changer.

You overeat bc you have no purpose in life. Your nervous system and spirit are trapped in pointless serotonergic routines and mind-numbing peasant activities. The antidote to fat sloth is whimsy and working relentlessly on things that feel meaningful. Have you tried being inspired?
