I have people telling me that the reason why Vini’s decision making has regressed is because of Mbappe, some of Vini’s best playmaking games happened in the first half 24/25, and we had Mbappe back then, so no I don’t buy that this regression is solely because of Mbappe. That said I agree that having an actual 9 would benefit more but that doesn’t negate my initial point.

I cannot explain, asides the red card, I cannot really pinpoint our issue today. The referee was a disaster. The red card was correct, but every other decision was so so terrible. Disgraceful.
