Question for my autistic mutuals: have certain supplements/medications/antidepressants awakened you from long term autistic shutdown (w/ lack of interoception) causing you (for a limited time) to awaken to unpleasant realizations that you've not been fully perceiving before?

@obrerx Anything from a quality supplement brand but has to be just cordyceps not a mushroom blend. I wouldn't say the realizations were unpleasant but definitely eye opening. Try a 1.5 - 2x recommended dose on an empty stomach.
