I wouldn’t survive in the real Army. We get too spoiled. But never underestimate the power of being a PME cadre. Understanding the rules of the game…doctrine, regs, USC, etc is what sets soldiers up for success. That’s the box. If you want to operate outside the box you must first master the box itself. The box contains the rules of the game. A game we all volunteered to play called the Army. If you wish to dominate any game in life, you must first master the rules of it. Thats was PME does. It allows a soldier to take a step back and learn the rules. That way they can transform from being a pawn to being a chess player and eventually a chess master.

FCC hosted Lakreisha Johnson, AFC EEO Div. Chief & Ronald Watts, AFC Disability Program Mgr. this week. They provided training to 100s of FCC staff. Col. Peter Glass, FCC deputy director, presented Johnson & Watts certificates & coins for their hard work. @USArmy @armyfutures

Pvt. Jhared Collins spent the past two years attempting to join the @USArmy. He was able to meet the physical requirement, but, after multiple attempts at the ASVAB, his score was in the low 30s, making him eligible to participate in the Future Soldier Prep Course.

One of many adventures and skills in the Army!
