Something interesting about the data we saw today: domestic migration to Florida has fallen to its lowest point since 2009. I wonder if the high housing and insurance costs are starting to catch up with them. Florida only added 22K people from other states, it was 310K in 2022!

My top 8 (in no order)....my focus is gaining a new geograhic region and then adding the rich partners for NIL. assuming no SEC school. BYU Florida State Miami Arizona State or Cal SMU UNC UVA For the 8th - holding spot for Clem, Cal, Stan, or Pitt, someone else.

@BuckeyevsTworld I can’t disagree with this list. My only question might be Nebraska and Notre Dane ? Both deserve to be Blue Bloods. But Both have been off the past two decades? I might keep Nebraska due to great fans, and huge upside being in the new Big Ten and include Notre Dame?

@Genetics56 Hey GENETICS I THINK this is an interesting plausible BIG list. It touches ideal geographic, recruiting, growing areas. Wd add 2 Western schools for travel. (BYU is mountain zone, is rich , has big fan base) and Stanford or ASU also work. You add Texas, NC, and Florida.👍
