Pleasantly surprised to hear @petercardwell saying the Death Penalty doesn't work! I speak as probably the few "centrist Dad" who often dips into Peter's show. I agree, Death Penalty doesn't act as a deterrent, look at America which still has violent crime rates. I also think we should set an example if we are to say killing is wrong whether it is committed by a individual, group or the state. But what you know, I was raised Catholic where my old Church has remained consistent on this issue, take that as what you will @TalkTV

Can he explain 1 thing, why is it only Jews worldwide have an automatic right to their homeland of Israel? Arabs don’t that’s for sure. Ethno nationalists don’t have a desire to live exclusively with only ethnic people either. Equally, what would happen say if thousands of Arabs were found to be raping exclusively Jewish girls (as has happened to the British in Britain) in Israel? They are the same thing! Jewish charity ambulances are being torched in the UK. This didn’t happen in a vacuum. It follows years of media distortion, NGO campaigning, and political rhetoric - that has spread lies, demonised Israel and normalised hostility towards Jews. So spare us the shock.

These ambulances, ran 100% by volunteers, save lives everyday in London (especially given that NHS ambulances now often taken hours to arrive). This has to be one of the most horrific acts of low-IQ antisemitic evil to happen here in recent yrs - against stiff competition.

My partner and I just got a rescue cat, and I can honestly say it's the most life-affirming thing I've ever done. In just a few days, this little angel has gone from timid and hiding under the bed, to boldly sitting at the top of the stairs where she can survey all, or cuddling us like we've known each other a decade. We know she's had some abuse. With us she'll have nothing but patience, love and treats for as long as she lives.
