#EPeeps strange LBAP case last week by @zhalemd w me watching in the peanut gallery. At initial position, LVAT 84ms w output dependent alternation in QRS typical of NSLB->sel-LB, but just for one beat which is a little odd. See EGM on pacing lead—c/w this

@AveragingBogey @EPeeps_Bot @zhalemd Thanks for sharing this case. To my eye it looks like there may be more latency before onset of QRS at your 1st site(although noisy), but at 2nd site there is little. Can you measure V6-V1 interpeak interval at each site that @Marek_Jastrz_EP describes?

@AveragingBogey Nice technique! Curious which size/manufacturer balloon anchor was used?

@jeffrey_vinocur We use 0 silk figure of 8/Z-stitch for AF same day discharge, then take out next morning when they come back to clinic. Doubt there is much additional benefit after overnight to keep in longer.

#EPeeps Didn’t someone report using absorbable suture for modified figure-of-eight / pursestring and sending patients home with it intact? I am intrigued by this idea.

@KevinDr_ver @EJSMD @ChristHospital That sounds reasonable and we make sure the Tyrx top of the sandwich is still directly under the incision including the superior lip. I doubt it moves once the incision is sewn given how much resistance there is.

First legit slow pathway potential that I have appreciated in atypical AVNRT @pabsala (D1D2,anterior to CS os). Grid smashed into a Triangle of Koch. @DrGregMichaud @HughCalkinsMD
