Mit Keynotes von Friedrich Merz und Emmanuel Macron wurde klar: Digitale Selbstbestimmung ist Sicherheits-, Innovations- und Demokratiepolitik zugleich. Österreich hat das Thema erstmals 2025 auf EU-Ebene verankert und den Prozess bis zur Einigung geführt.
