@British_Airways It’s impossible,as designed, to raise issues across various flights, issues and passengers. It just perpetuates the dreadful experience in having. It’s such a shame to tarnish your brand in such a way. My return flight experience was excellent.

@British_Airways Hey. I hope you can help. I am a loyal customer who had a nightmare with your customer services post flights being cancelled and the alternatives arranged - it took almost 2 hours of calls to arrange alternative flights. Alternatives were awful and lugage
