The way the #Phillies reworked the contract of Cristopher Sánchez sets a horrible precedent for teams. Great for Sanchez, generous of the Phillies, but now a player that has far outperformed his agreed upon contract might ask his club to do the same. SXM 89 top of the hour.

The Mariners broadcast is so good at what they do, but even by their standards getting Charlie Furbush and Ryon Healy in the booth this spring has been a home run. Comfortable, relaxed, knowledgeable, just great additions they’d better hang on to as long as they can.

I've been told that if you watched games on ROOT via a cable provider last year, you will be able to watch them again this year. The exact channel isn't known yet. I've also been told that MLB and the cable companies might not announce the programming package/channel till the morning of opening day. Why? Cause they know it doesn't matter, you'll still pay and watch.
