Enugu Air is cleared for takeoff.
With approval secured from the Federal Ministry of Aviation, regional flights will be commencing from Enugu, with aircraft ready to connect our people to more opportunities.
Before the end of this year, Enugu Air will begin international flights, opening our doors wider to the world.
We are building a system where movement in and out of Enugu is seamless, efficient, and reliable.
This is a key part of our broader vision to position Enugu as a global destination, attracting over 3 million visitors and creating new pathways for business, tourism, and growth.
Our goal is clear: to make Enugu the number one state for living and investment, and to grow our economy at the scale that truly transforms lives.

@EstherUmoh10 Let it be known that Nigeria is OK!
Go forth and spread the good news,
Shout it across the deserts of Sokoto,
Scream it through the creeks of Bayelsa,
Trumpet it over the grasslands of Borno,
And echo it across the Lagoons of Lagos.
Tell them Nigeria is Ok!

For the first time in a long while, Nigerians are feeling like they actually have a real say in who leads them, in the person of Peter Obi and Engr. Rabiu Kwankwaso.
This is a big shift from the usual system where a few people in political parties sit somewhere and decide who gets presented to millions of Nigerians.
And maybe that’s why there’s so much pushback. Because for once, the people are insisting on being part of the decision.
It also shows something important: the real coalition is the people. When citizens come together and say enough is enough, and decide to choose their own leaders, there’s really no stopping that kind of movement.
The OK ticket reflects the true essence of democracy. A government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

This morning, in Lagos, I met with the U.S. Consul General, Mr Rick Swart, where we discussed strengthening the bilateral relationship. We focused on promoting credible elections in Nigeria, ensuring they are free from interference, and fostering a space where all political parties, especially opposition parties can thrive, and contribute.
We also discussed trade and business opportunities between our countries. Accompanying me to the meeting was Dr Adefolaseye Adebomi Adebayo.
The discussion was very productive, and we are hopeful that, moving forward, Nigeria’s elections will be even more credible and transparent. -PO

I want to tell you the story of a young woman who you have probably never heard of. Her name is Mary Anne. She was born on a remote island in Scotland, where life was harsh and unforgiving.
On May 2, 1930, when she was 18 years old, she got on a boat headed for Ellis Island to start a new life. She arrived here 11 days later.
She wasn't chasing fame, riches, or power. She came for the unique opportunity that America offered. Her sister was already here and had found a job as a maid. So, Mary Anne MacLeod joined her, listing her occupation as “domestic” on her Ellis Island immigration papers.
She came to America knowing that she would clean the houses and toilets of the wealthy families in New York. She and her sister lived and worked hard through the worst days of the Depression. And she persevered.
Six years later, she married a man named Fred. He was the son of German immigrants. Then In 1942, she became a citizen.
Mary and Fred would end up having five children: two daughters and three sons.
One of those sons, they named Donald.
A woman who came here as a maid, the lowest of jobs, would raise a son who would change the very skyline that greeted his mother when she arrived at Ellis Island.
After that, he would become the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
There is no other country in the world where a woman can arrive with nothing, and in ONE generation, her son would lead the entire world.
For America’s 250th anniversary, I wanted to present President Trump with this painting I did, and then I ran out of time and talent. So, I asked a good friend of mine, Mike Malm, to help me finish it. This is how I envisioned her coming into the United States.
Mary Anne MacLeod Trump should be a household name. Her story is everything that is great about America.
