He literally rewritten the entire menu and expected the kitchen staff to perform culinary gymnastics for free. ​Yes, we all know eating out is getting insanely expensive, and these hidden surcharge fees are annoying. But at the end of the day, if you can afford to order an extremely expensive $18 for a Wagyu burger and $14 for a Jack and Coke, you can afford to tip the human being who served it to you.
