@coinbase You need to establish a better client relationship to your customers. Also, you need to start protecting your customers assets as you've said you do for years but you DO NOT. It is no wonder your reputation of DISTRUST has taken over your general audience. @brian_armstrong

6/ Be aware of our own psychology - in any down market, people want to start pointing fingers and find someone to blame. This is not just in companies btw - countries see increased polarization when things are down.

5/ Fourth, posting this publicly is also deeply unethical because it harms your fellow co-workers, along with shareholders and customers. It's also dumb because if you get caught you will be fired, and it's just not an effective way to get what you claim to want.
