Unlike NSW, each VIC station reports outages based on individual fuel type (less estimation/guesswork)

challenge accepted - going to see how quickly I can launch an Australia-wide fuel stock/price map that mixes live API data and user-reported outages for live data. if it's useful/good, I will sell it for a humble $5 million to federal govt @AlboMP (65% cheaper than Accenture)
