If it’s true that parties in Parliament have voted to approve the budget that increases VAT by 1 percentage point over two years, which translates to a 6.7% VAT increase, these parties have consciously voted to increase inequality (Gini-Coefficient) and with that poverty and hunger at a time when food and other prices are already increasing due to global shocks #WeSeeYou! #SocialJustice #Budget2025 #BudgetSpeech2025

If we want to improve education in South Africa we have to start by equipping the leaders of our schools with the knowledge and skills to lead complex organisations @PfP4SA

SGBs, educators, learners, parents, unions and even members of the specific communities, often involved in harmful, costly conflicts for which they are ill-equipped. This makes the tough job of running a school even more challenging
