Her demand was that ABC, the network that airs his show, take action against him. Her exact words: "It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC's leadership enable Kimmel's atrocious behavior." Here is what Kimmel did.

Kimmel made a joke. The joke was not funny. The joke was tasteless. People are allowed to say that. People are allowed to criticize a comedian who jokes about a president dying. But the First Lady of the United States, posting from a verified government account, telling a private network how to manage one of its journalists, is not criticism. It is the next step in a pattern. Trump sued ABC. ABC paid. Trump sued the New York Times for fifteen billion dollars. Trump sued the Wall Street Journal for ten billion dollars.
