The lack of carbs you're eating is hindering your gym progress more than your protein intake. Just as 3 eggs is not a "high-protein breakfast," eating a cup of rice is probably not enough for your training goals. There are Japanese girls eating 3× the amount of rice you're having while staying stick thin.

@PhatCharlieT @Doc_Red_ If you work out at 3, 4, 5+ PM, you have the advantage of being able to ingest 50, 60, 70, maybe even 80+% of your daily carbs in 2-3 feedings prior So make that your key focus Disadvantage: Shouldn’t do caffeine that late

@thesmoosh @karaokecomputer I work in this industry and the trend is staggering. Starts off with Motor Oil Hellas in about June 2024 (Greece) followed by so many that haven't even made the media. Middle east seems to be fairly spared. US and Europe are the hardest hit.
