@AnthropicAI Is there still weird usage rates being reported for claude pro/max. I upgraded from Pro $100 to $200 Max this week and in 4 days have gotten to 86% of my weekly limit. Something i never did while a pro use.

@facebook @Meta no escelaiton process, no managerial overview. Some AI bot in 2023 decided to restrict me account and there is nothing a human can do to undo, reivew, reverse it. Are you kidding me? Your system is as clear as mud and your support is a joke.
