Nano Banana + Veo 3 + n8n is absolutely WILD 🤯
This AI system creates UGC videos with consistent characters & product shots at scale.
And auto-stitches everything together into finished content.
Perfect for e-comm operators & creative agencies who need brand consistency.
Just upload ONE product image and get complete UGC campaigns with the same character across all videos.
Here's how it works:
→ Upload product image via n8n form
→ AI analyzes your product automatically
→ Nano Banana generates consistent character variations
→ Veo 3 creates multiple video scenes with same talent
→ Auto-combines all clips into final campaign video
→ Ready-to-download UGC content in minutes
Built 100% in n8n.
Fully automated character consistency.
Want the complete n8n workflow?

Honest to god this year feels like survival mode, not growth mode
The attitude right now has been "okay" or "down okay,” and there aren't too many people saying "this is incredible, this is amazing." People are nervous about ordering inventory amounts and getting loans because the market is actively making it difficult to get money at the rates we want
And returning customers are requiring way more time and effort to get back.
Come Q4 when more and more customer are ready to actually ready to spend, it's going to be a dogfight for wallet share.
Most brands will fall into "protect margin but do enough so we're not in troubl." when this happens
…Survival mode, not growth mode.

One change turned my LinkedIn into a machine that generates 10M impressions:
I hired an agency to revamp my profile.
Some of their changes felt nitpicky, but they were powerful:
• Use a structured bio
• Tell a story, not just facts
• Backlink to the right sources
I asked the founder of the company I hired to coach my team.
Want a recording of the 83-minute session + his step-by-step guide?
Comment “LinkedIn” and I’ll send it to you.

@zachmstuck @andrewfoxwell @brad_ploch The stress and darker side to running an agency. Give me the juicy stories!
English

So if you haven’t heard…@andrewfoxwell, @brad_ploch and I started a podcast.
So far feedback has been really solid. 🤝
Next episode will be a Q&A!
So ask away, what do you want to hear us talk about?
The more unhinged the questions the better!
Stoked for this one. 🤘

Dear Mark Zuckerberg (@Meta),
I’m writing to make you an offer.
Let me run Facebook Shop for one year. I don’t want a salary. I don’t want equity. I don’t want a title.
What I want is one year, full autonomy, and complete access to twenty of your best engineers—product minds who are hungry to build, not just optimize.
Why? Because Facebook Shop is one of the most powerful ideas Meta has touched, and it’s being dramatically underutilized. Right now, it feels buried, clunky, and disconnected from what makes Facebook so uniquely powerful: trust, community, and reach.
You already have the distribution. You already have the data. You already have the creators, the brands, the attention. What’s missing is a focused, obsessed operator to turn that raw potential into an actual commerce engine.
I’ll build it. I’ll prove it. I’ll make it better than any other social commerce platform in the world—measurably.
Give me one year. Twenty great engineers. No politics. No meetings with your team daily. No weekly progress reports (other than monthly or quarterly).
Why do I want to do this? I love facebook. I love the product you've built. I love what it can do. But no one is doing commerce inside of facebook the way it should be done.
And at the end of that year, if Facebook Shop isn’t a serious threat to Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, I’ll walk away and pay you $5 million. This amount isn't meaningful for you or facebook, but it is to me and I want you to know I have skin in the game to make it the best ecommerce engine ever. If you feel like I haven't done that, no hard feelings. No invoice. Just the satisfaction of having tried my best. Take the money and donate it to a charity you believe in.
But if it works—and I know it will—we’ll have built something that changes the trajectory of Meta’s commerce strategy forever.
Let’s build something people actually want to shop on.

I just cracked the code on how to write viral tweets...
I analyzed 20 posts with 100K+ views each and found the exact patterns that made them explode.
I've used this exact file for the last 4 weeks to write tweets that reached over 2.8M people.
Just upload the file to Claude, ask it to write a tweet about any topic, and you'll get a banger immediately.
This collection reveals:
- Hook techniques that grab attention instantly
- Content structures that drive engagement
- Psychological triggers that make people share
- Voice & tone formulas that connect
Most creators guess what works, smart creators reverse-engineer success.
Follow + comment "FILE" and I'll DM it to you.

I’ve kept quiet about this for 3 years.
But after crossing $30M in online revenue, it’s time to share what actually worked.
Not the recycled growth hacks.
Not the “just post content” advice.
Not the cold outreach spray-and-pray.
This was different.
→ One technique.
→ No big team.
→ Just results.
No fluff. No pitch. I’m giving it away.
It'll teach you the foundations I used to...
1) Make $920,000 in May
2) Book 8200 calls in 2025 (so far)
2) Grow to 245,000 subscribers in less than 2 years
All you do is plug this into your offer + audience and it does the rest.
→ Meetings will appear.
→ Deals will close.
→ You will scale.
If you're serious about getting to $100k - $500k months...
Here’s how to get access:
1) Reply “SECRET” below
2) Follow and DM me 'SECRET'
⚠️ Priority goes to those who DM me. I won’t be DMing 200+ people.

≈ €1k ticket (not 15k like the guru conferences)

@jacksonc @awilkinson Massive congrats on closing out the series!
English

Super excited to announce today that we closed our 4M Series A for tuft + paw with a minority stake from Companion Fund, a venture capital fund run by Digitalis Ventures in Partnership with Mars.
It's an exceptionally difficult environment to raise money right now for CPG brands. As one investor put it, "you could be pissing gold coins right now and investors would question if gold coins are worth anything."
When most people hear “Mars” they think of chocolate, but Mars has been a leader in the pet care category for 90 years and their pet care businesses now account for 60% of their business. They were one of the earliest brands in the pet space, acquiring Chapel Brothers pet food in the UK in 1935 at a time when the idea of serving your pets dedicated pet food (versus table scraps) was extremely novel.
Mars is obviously a huge brand, but once upon a time, it was a single founder obsessed with developing an amazing product and running a scrappy startup.
Together Mars and Digitalis Ventures invest in great ideas for advancing animal health at scale. I am SO excited for this next chapter and feel proud to be in such good company. We're a completely independent brand, but their support will help us continue building toward our vision of being the most innovative brand for cats and cat people 🐈
