1 month later update! Definitely into the more stubborn fat now and with increased muscle mass the scales not moving as much. But that said, I’m down to 86.6KG (190lbs) in weight! My focus now is building muscle and lowering my body fat % to 15% (Currently 21.6%)

Update! Today I broke 90KG (198lbs) in weight! Can’t even remember the last time I did tbh! Down 28KG (62lbs) since July! Breaking personal bests with my strength training every week and the fittest I’ve been in over a decade.💪
