As many of you know, I’m not even formally associated with starting strength and haven’t been for almost 5 years now. I have no financial incentive nor loyalty incentive to say this. I have some small differences of approach with orthodox Rippetoean maximalism, but I still coach novices very largely in the SS style because it works better than anything else for that demographic, regardless of whether I’m still associated with the brand or not.
