Zionist forces had always used brutal violence to suppress Palestinian resistance—Rabin simply formalized it. Years later, Rabin was given a Nobel Peace Prize. Even he was considered too peaceful and was assassinated by his own people while he was serving his second term as Prime Minister. Because he supported a two state solution.
