I'm friends with the Family. I can't imagine what it'd be like to ever wonder. I get mad at God for my lack of power. I'm a spoiled one. 😂
I like working with the dying and desperate the most. I won't bother with a regular civilian.
The choice between life or death isn't a long discussion with someone who knows they're dying... I've asked men point blank if they wanted to live or die, and to decide quickly because I wanted to eat lunch. I'm cold that way. You can't talk a man into saving his own life, unfortunately. My experience.

@bobble05132522 Why should we be surprised? This is the propaganda they’re being taught in schools and universities.

@LeahPanapa One of our boys started making his own High School lunches with our breadmaker, and amazingly, very healthy fillings. My wife was chuffed as she eats healthy when she can.
That is until she discovered that he was selling them to other students so he could buy canteen pies!

Every day, a hit job pushed by MSM! Get it through your heads, we can’t afford $325 million a year on school lunches! No free lunches when I grew up- solo Mum bringing up three kids.We went without sometimes, but survived, Seriously, stop this BS! stuff.co.nz/nz-news/360596…

Excellent by Ryan Bridge. The characterisation of Yvonne Gray as a DEI hire is unfair. Her resume is solid. But this kind of reaction has been caused by DEI policies that now make any women/minority seen as inevitably a DEI hire rather than merit-based. nzherald.co.nz/nz/manawanui-s…

@JudgingYouNot @GrantRoydhouse @Timinwelly @actparty Unfortunately too many people soak up their information from the left wing media bias.
English

@GrantRoydhouse @Timinwelly @actparty Totally pointless bring this inconvenient fact to the attention of myopic nay-sayers like Tim. The evidence that they demand is overwhelmingly clear and obvious if only they cared to look.

@dbott69 @dbseymour No he is saying the priority is to find the safest most stable caring home available and if that happens to be a pakeha family well that’s where the child ought to be.
English

@dbseymour Are you saying Māori children aren't safe with Māori care givers?

Journalists who are determined to report that there's no evidence OT is prioritising race over safety and wellbeing in reverse uplifts should read some of the stories their colleagues have written.

@daveatherton @CharlotteHawkns @Nigel_Farage I agree David however 70 years ago the culture of gambling, homosexuality
English

Hi @CharlotteHawkns you seemed offended at @Nigel_Farage's remarks on Muslims not fitting in. In the 1930s Sir Winston Churchill was much derided for criticising the rise of Hitler & the Nazi Party. The great & the good saw him as "alarmist" & he was shunned. On Sept 1st in Poland he was vindicated.
So what evidence is there some Muslims don't share out values. This Muslim cleric, typical of many says:
"We don't like your culture, gambling, homosexuality, promiscuity & man-made laws
"We believe Islam is the best way of life, Sharia is the best law. Sovereignty belongs to Allah."
Indeed a @Channel4News commissioned survey in 2016 found 52% of British Muslims wanted homosexual acts made illegal. (1)
A recent survey from the Henry Jackson Society @HJS_Org found, "32% of British Muslims favour the implementation of Sharia Law." (2)
"Only one in four British Muslims believe Hamas committed murder & rape in Israel on October 7th". (2)
It is right to say some, many or even sometimes a simple majority do not adhere to our culture & traditions.
Clutch your pearls in outrage, but to be offended & close the debate down with scrutinising the data, makes them look fools.
Enoch, sorry Churchill was right.

@leiladylay @AuntyHeihei Great respect for you Aunty. Some people don’t like hearing the truth but you don’t hold back. Leila instead of throwing accusations here’s your opportunity to prove Aunty wrong.

@jaihohanuman @BrianTamakiNZ These charities providing food, clothing, support services cost money to run. Hard working, generous people willingly give their time, a precious resource. They don’t expect rewards but don’t make it even harder for them.
English

@BrianTamakiNZ Good work should be done out of pure good will, for the sake of doing good in this world.
It should not be done for getting some payback like tax breaks.
Otherwise one is simply in it for their own gains, in other words one is doing business for profit and not being altruistic!
English

👀Watch:
Nicola Willis asked this morning about Brian Tamaki sending a big bill to the government if they start taxing churches...
Destiny Church has never received any government funding, yet we've done the government's job for them, picking up the broken pieces of broken lives!
Just consider the amount of money we have saved the government over the years:
▪️ Cyclone Gabrielle relief work by thousands of volunteers
▪️ ManUp & Legacy programmes (healing broken men & women)
▪️ Reformed prisoners (Prisoners cost $112k per year)
▪️ Crime Prevention work
▪️ Domestic Violence interventions
▪️ Suicide Prevention
▪️ Food Parcels
▪️ Elderly Care services
▪️ Social Services provided
▪️ Relationship Programmes
▪️ Parenting Programmes
and much more....
Destiny Church started in 1998. The total bill of all services offered would be in the billions.
If National taxes churches, they will be stating clearly they don't value the work churches do.
National campaigned at the last Election that they would not tax churches...yet here we go, they have broken yet another promise.

@elonmusk Elon you are amazing and intelligent. I wish you’d turn your talents, visions, resources to develop arid wastelands or other uninhabitable places on our beautiful living planet Earth to unlock and sustain its full potential. Could there be a more noble legacy for the human race?

At 5000 tons, Starship is the largest flying object ever made. Thrust is more than double the Saturn V moon rocket.
It is the first spaceship design capable of making life multiplanetary.
Goal of the next mission is to make it through the meteorically extreme heat of reentry.

@TeMaataamua I appreciate your wise, insightful posts. My whanau are a beautiful blend of Maori and Pakeha typical of so many NZ families. Our interracial harmony is something our wonderful country should celebrate despite the agenda to divide by race, gender, ideology. We are all one people.

@instantbeard @chrisluxonmp What would you prefer, next door to you or on the streets? The kids will be better off in someone else’s care.
English

@chrisluxonmp Great … sorted … only it doesn’t sort anything …. Where do they go ? On the streets ? What about the kids ?
English

@RoseTrainer2 @chrisluxonmp Maybe grandma was a good tenant and behaved herself
English

@chrisluxonmp Why was it okay for your grandmother to be welfare dependant for her whole life (in your own words "lived her whole life in a state house"), but not okay for anyone else?
English

@phillippaonline @chrisluxonmp I see 2 options here. They could go live next door to you or end up in prison. At least in prison they’d have a home and their children would be better cared for.
