@PhotoMeUK @MEGroup_UK @MetroUK Unhappy customer. Used your photo booth and the photo was rejected due to reflections on forehead. The white background and lighting in the booth make it impossible to avoid this. £10 wasted. I recommend taking your own photo or paying a few pounds more to have a photo taken.

@CharliePontoon We do not have any bots set up on our website, we have a live customer service team replying to chat, WhatsApp and email. Our booths state that the photos are accessible on the gov.uk website using the code. You can save your photo to our device from the website.

@PhotoMeUK I'm already busy talking to a bot. you don't make it clear in the booth that you can only get the digital photo by applying for a passport. I don't want a passport or to fill in the passport forms. if I'd known i'd have never paid the £10

@DarrenRacher Hi Darren, The photo is accessed on the Gov.uk website using your digital code when applying for a UK passport. This is a secure service that allows you to apply for a UK passport digitally, you can also save the image from the gov.uk website.

@PhotoMeUK I’ve just had my daughters passport photos done in one of your machines. The photo that has been sent to me via email has something in the background of it. The original print does not. Please could you help? It won’t be accepted as it is now.

@Charlie45355651 Hi Charlie, Our booths do state that we offer a digital UK passport photo accessed on the gov.uk website when applying for a UK passport. Have you tried going through the gov.uk website, entering the code, right click the image and save it?

@theurbanlondon Hi Parashar, Your digital photo is only available for one month. This information is provided on screen when the photo is taken and on your photo printout. If your photo is now out of date, this will be the reason why the code no longer works. help.megroup.uk
